There was a young, very happy customer service girl at the checkout! There was also a young man in the toy department who provided personal service, helping to find the slime needed. Rare good customer service in some big department store!

All right, aunt, because you can't find everything you are looking for.

One star, related to my business there. I was looking for a y-splitter for my gaming headset. After about half hour, going through diffferent self racks.. I wen't talking to fella wearing 5 sizes too small a T-shirt with what I thought was the store logo. The latter part was right,... Buuut there was absolutely no knowledge related to audio. As a whole computer related paraphernalia - knowledge was sub-zero, eventhough I was certain the 'dude' still lives in his ma's basement w/ at least one computer. Well... The other parts of the mall/store works efficiently and wonderfully, there is not one food item you could NOT find there.. But do not dare to enter the belly troll's domain... Knowledge is only an illusion there.. Or a curse.

Super diverse selection of food and household products and gifts.

It is our main grocery store. It is close by and all the services we need are on the same roof except the bank.

Good Prisma, wide selections and cold store. Sufficient parking space.

Otherwise awesome but the prism portion itself lacks the contact lens / eye drop department.

Versatile selection. Neat and the products are easy to find. The self-service cash registers act as express cash registers.

Guaranteed Prisma quality. A comprehensive selection

One of 2 major supermarkets which dominate the trade in Finland.

After the reform, a very good grocery store, queues but sometimes too long.

Otherwise good but too few cash registers I saw at the time of the corona

A varied diet. Good shoe store in the same building, where also clothes repairs.

Basic Prisma set or some new products missing (eg Juissi Pop) Prices for Central Finland Prisms are insanely expensive (eg 50snt product costs here 80snt ~ 1.20e) I do not recommend to deviate

Par Prism. Everything can be found and easily accessed. Staff helpful. Greeting is a bit dilute.

Great place to shop! Nice checkout staff. My favorite checkout girl hasn't been seen in a while :(

The best of its kind in Prisma in Turku. There is no proper parking for the wheels, so the bike must not be locked anywhere.

Good and Cheap Shopping. Everything is found. A bit big deal to my taste, but sometimes necessary if you need paint or other home remedies. Easy to do.

Great after the renovation, -2 stars because mc donalds was evicted

My position on the trade, but now I'm angry. Feedback to Heviosat. Both Monday to Friday the other hand, there were no new potatoes noon. Same explanation on both days .... transport late. Should something be done about it?

Very nice big supermarket in eastern Turku. Has also clothings and some small home items as well as book section. A lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. And they good selection of vegan food which are found from their own vegan shelves. They have also a lot of baby items even small buggies etc. Definitely worth for visit.
