One star, related to my business there. I was looking for a y-splitter for my gaming headset. After about half hour, going through diffferent self racks.. I wen't talking to fella wearing 5 sizes too small a T-shirt with what I thought was the store logo. The latter part was right,... Buuut there was absolutely no knowledge related to audio. As a whole computer related paraphernalia - knowledge was sub-zero, eventhough I was certain the 'dude' still lives in his ma's basement w/ at least one computer. Well... The other parts of the mall/store works efficiently and wonderfully, there is not one food item you could NOT find there.. But do not dare to enter the belly troll's domain... Knowledge is only an illusion there.. Or a curse.
