Rang to report excessive noise on multiple instances (outside legally allowed hours) and the council did nothing. Rang to report stolen cars in my Street, council did nothing. Rang to report lots of things, council doesn't care!

Once again the ignorance and arrogance of the payment booth staff at the Browns Plains tip was outstanding, in the real world if your staff spoke to their customers like that you would go out of business real quick.

Pay big $ for rates but get nothing for it. Pay big money for roads, infrastructure for nothing. Acts on anonymous phone calls from revenging neighbours over petty things. Us residents are just here to make money for them. We need someone in council who thinks smarter and eases our burden to them. We are at their beck and call and have no rights anymore. The average person is doomed under this governing.
Avoid using their online portal, especially if you are a property manger. Have had my account and portfolio of properties 'deleted' on two occasions' with no trace or record. Call Logan Council and their solution is, manually create a hundred new account entries for a 3rd time "sorry that is all we can do" HOPELESS USELESS
Roads maintenance did a great job of cleaning up blocked guttering/drains at Tanah Merah. Pleased with their professionalism and communication
Waste Facility is terrible. Checked list, made sure items were ok for the bin, they didn t take bin and if I want them to come out I m charged?! This is not this only issue had here, bins missed, bin moved from side of driveway to smack middle of driveway several times. Poor services. No wonder people dump rubbish around this area with the crazy prices of tipping.
Any payments you pay by credit card or cheque make sure keep extra .5%for the sure change on the top of your payment.
No matter how and what way you make the payment you have to pay .5% plus.
How can we avoid when not living close by and unable to pay by cash.
Please, simplify your payments systems.

1 Star Review on behalf of my parents business and also on behalf of any small family business that has a lawn mowing, green waste or garden bag business. Council has made a terrible and ill-informed decision to increase green waste dump fees by 160 percent. This is sneaky and deceptive of the council as they are bringing it in at the same time as the state waste tax levy. Small businesses such as these have tiny profit margins however the Logan City Council does not care about these hard worker. The council wants low income businesses to wear the fee or to pass on the fee to Logan Residents- many of them are pensioners, single parents and low income earners. I'll pay the extra fee happily, but I know many people won't be able to continue to afford a service that they love. This fee is only for commercial operators, therefore it actively discriminates against residents who use this service because they are unable to do it themselves. Spoke to a council member today and was devastated by their lack of interest and the detrimental impact this will have on low profit businesses. Council assumes that businesses are a money pot that they can just take what they want from. They don t see families behind these businesses that work so hard to make ends meet. I feel for the many small businesses that will struggle, while the Council profits. It is truly disgusting and I am appalled. If this is how a council operates what future does Logan have?
Compared to other councils, the customer service is top notch... always helpful

Former div 2 councillor did nothing for the area or to improve the area
