Dirty Toilet,. The merchant sitting at the checkout did not listen to his ears when I mentioned it. This is a risk to hygiene, namely allowing paying customers to sit on the previous rubbish. The handcuff was out of order, so I had to dirty palms to continue shopping in the fruit-vegetable department. I feel sorry for a customer who had to buy bacteria polluted (I tried my best to be hygienic, so I used a small plastic bag). I give one 'star'

Really good apa beer selection. I only wish I'd found the elusive missing cross screw I lost from my bookcase. xD

I tried to visit S-Bank, but the queuing time was too long and the matter was not handled there.

Drive in pharmacy works well. Pleasant staff and things almost always go great. Five stars for it.

The best food choices. Now the food bag is the same price as in Lidl! Lidl loses itself in quality when it comes! Minus reduction is found in the fruit / vegetable department: Throughout the summer 2018 the tomatoes were green inside and the taste of the hair! Similarly, bananas are almost always miserable even though there is a Chiquita character (probably 2 classes?). I drop by 1 star of those minuses. Bananas still quite unattainable bad (2.1.2019)

Cheap shop and a very comprehensive range. Unfortunately, the shop does not sell bake point products at a discounted price just before closing.

Prisma expanded its premises about couple years ago. Apparently they invested a lot to digital marketing since number of shelves didn't increase. Also sports section were reduced to very minimal. Good about Prisma is that it offers products with cheap prices. Bad thing is that customer service didn't get any better after renovation. Instead customer has actively to search staff member inside the shop. By the customer service desk employees tend to be a bit sour. Especially if you make return of a faulty item they tend to ask inappropriate questions. Also there is problem with food products. Me and my spouse have found several foods that have expired dates. Thus at Prisma they are selling old food products with normal prices. This is totally unacceptable. Location and relative selection of products are best that Prisma can offer. There is need to improve customer service and regular checking of foods. Also smiling customer servants would be great.

Large assortments such as the Big Market are the way to be. A bit too casual and soulless visitor experience.

Everything is there when you find one. The confusing placement makes it go back and forth.

Nice location, good parking spot, good for families and everyone who want to shop around with good competitive prices.

Potholes almost always too little open, as in all prunes in Turin.

Does the job ! Lots of choices (relatively speaking), large parking. Has been recently renovated and is still being reorganised. Prices are decent. Wait at the till are low. Large car park.

The big good open aisles with shopping carts can't be easily overtaken by no urgent trade
