Very arrogant and rude staff not very family friendly hotel went with my two daughters does not cater for children as such more of business clients than families
Breakfast was very horrible eggs over cooked bacon was dry for the money we pay for 3 nights it's not very appealing at all just was terrible

Dishonest management place has classless delusions of grandeur.

Horrible mattresses, and nothing about this place screams 5 star hotel.. at least replace all the broken fixtures. Staff was very friendly though.

Services were first class. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Afternoon tea + procecco very enjoyable selection of sandwiches and delicious cakes and scones just right. Would highly recommend.

Golf course the best I've played and probably will ever play. Hotel and facilities brilliant. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Very impressed.

By far the best golf course I have played, absolutely stunning, greens pure and true fairways immaculate but punished if in the rough as it should be on a championship course, played as part of golfinscotland final, if you get a chance you must play this stunning course

Food was also on a very acceptable level a very good representation of what Scotland can produce at a value for everyone.

Stayed one night had two rooms cant wait to go back rooms were beautiful very clean food lovely all the staff were lovely always pleasant and very helpful.

Stayed here many times and left glowing reviews. First visit since the renovation. Garish fittings. Rude staff, gold fitting everywhere but only look warm water in the taps. Had to boil two kettles just to shave! More a wedding venue than a hotel. Massive two day party took over the hotel for two days while we were there. No five star hotel would allow such a thing. Will return after ownership changes.

Top resort and fantastic area of Scotland! Not cheap tho!

Amazing service once again ! This was our second visit to the resort and we loved every second of it, Customer service skills from Garry Thomson was outstanding he stands right out and so down to earth, He showed us the gorgeous ballroom and I think we ve found out wedding venue he sold us this and he spoke to highly of the hotel which I loved he really was a man with passion. We will be back a 3rd time 110%

Having stayed at the hotel many times I was really disappointed in the way I was treated. Money was taking from my account and I had to jump through hoops to get it back. Apparently it s a common thing to be charged for golf products which I didn t purchase. Having noticed the discrepancy on my account I phoned on the Thursday after staying on the Sunday to be told it would be looked into, no one called me back so I phoned again on the Friday and Saturday and still no one got back to me. Finally I got through to someone on the Tuesday Who tried to help only if I could send photographic evidence of my bank transaction which they had to hand. It s Saturday now and guess what the money still hasn t been put back in my account!! Really really disappointed in the after care service and the way this has been followed up.Not even as much as an apology after they realised they re mistake .Looking forward to Cameron house reopening.

I'm a spa member and love it. Gym is small but good kit. Pool is great and views are amazing. Even when they are preparing for a massive refurb next year this is still a 10 star spa. Staff make you so welcome

What a place, if you've got money and u like a round of golf, there's no where else like it.

A little bit of luxury on the Ayrshire coast. Superb location, great facilities, but best of all - the food here is utterly delicious. My meal tonight - ribeye steak with a side of mushrooms and spinach in a truffle oil - was amazing!

Fantastic place. Terrific views over looking the sea and golf course at Turnberry. The afternoon tea is highly recommended and considering the location, excellent value for money.

5 star service for 5 star prices. Dinner was exceptional!

Incredible experience, and to see the number of jobs created and all the refurbishment by President Trump is very inspiring. These people are so thankful.

Golf amazing, hotel amazing, food in clubhouse amazing

My wife and I spent 3 amazing days at Turnberry. A truly 5 star hotel with the most amazing service, food and hospitality and history. The hotel is luxurious in every sense and the staff really make everyone stay special.

Went for a family lunch. Food was very poor and all arrived at different times - service was terrible. Had pea & ham soup, kids ordered scones and one didn't arrive at all and the one that did arrive didn't have jam & cream. Ordered drinks and after 20 minutes they still hadn't been served, so cancelled them as we'd already finished lunch. The bill came and it included all the stuff that didn't arrive. All in all really disappointing quality and very poor service.

Stunning course. Pristine condition after Trump's visit at the weekend. Light house half way stop is beautiful. Absolutely loved it.

Fabulous. Stunning . Stayed for one night in one of the Villas on Saturday 6/7/19. Best customer service we've ever experienced. Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly especially the breakfast team who served us (and our dogs!) breakfast on the terrace on the Sunday. Truly a five star experience.

Really amazing experience. Felt so pampered! The views are lovely, you can take a walk along the beach. Rooms are very clean and decorated well. Equipped with a bath and shower, queen/king bed, TV, tea/coffee etc.
The staff are all very professional and incredibly polite and helpful.
There is gym facilities, pool, sauna room and golf courses.
Ate at The Duel in the Sun restaurant and the food was great! Can't wait to go again.

The setting is spectacular. The golf courses are very good, of course, including Ling Robert the Bruce. Food was excellent at breakfast and dinner. Rooms were very nice.

Glorified snack bar with prices as high as the light. Luxurious looking and spectacular scenery, great walk from car park, about one mile stroll through the golf course with outside toilets but the food is nice and tasty but extortionately priced. Go for the walk and avoid the bar.

One of the best hotels that Scotland has to offer. Staff are amazing , food to die for and the locations is second to none.
Highly recommend this for a weekend break even if you don't play golf.

A must play for any golfer and a fantastic hotel to match. I visited for a golf event and Turnberry truly is a fantastic location to host any type of event. I played both 18 hole course and some time on the wee links, no complaints at all, stunning greens, fairways well looked after and maintained. The hotel is maintained to perfection with attention to detail paid on even minor points.

I would definitely stay and play here again given the opportunity, a must play for any keen golfer - add this to your bucket list!

Was at an event here, and frankly the place is amazing. The views exceptional. The service great. The food very good. The beds comfortable. All was amazing. The spa was not too remarkable, just as the gym - but they were redoing the the gym space I think.

But, it's a Trump Hotel. That just sucks balls.

All I have to say is two things, well there is more but the beds my god a sleep worthy of a hibernating bear and the haggis in the morning, an angel crying on your tongue, amazing views amazing staff truly great place

Out standing Staff, food, facilities. The glamour & opulence has been not only been brought back to this beautiful hotel, it has been improved upon

Good evening I'm afraid you're paying a lot of money to Fishers for some kind of quality service, I'm telling you I worked for this company but unfortunately we pay for pillowcases, sheets, towels that when ironed hurry up and down, the towels that people wipe off because they hurry to do as much as they fill the tables and fall on foot are taken away and put to clean shame.

Booked in to one of the Villa's but had the opportunity to upgrade to the main hotel for a small surcharge and it was not a disappointment. Rooms are magnificent, quality is outstanding from toiletries upwards. Dined in the Dual in the Sun restaurant and food was superb as was breakfast in the morning. The hotel itself is magnificant.
Golf course second no none and grounds are fabulous but even if you're not a golfer a stroll down to Gullaine sands is breath taking. Cannot wait to go back again.
