I really had the time of my life with my family while staying here! First off I want to say when we got here we had a minor issue. It was solved and the manager Michelle made sure to compensate me for it. Everyone here treated my family and I very well! It was almost as if we had entered a palace and all of use were royalty. Very good hospitality. None of the staff presented anything less than a helpful hand and a smile. From the front desk to the parking garage. Very clean facility. The food is pricey but definitely worth it. Good increments are served and it s very tasty! The saying you get what you pay for certainly applies! The suite we stayed in offered a breathtaking view over the golf course. We didn t get the chance to ride the bicycles. They are complimentary and something recreational that an entire family can partake in. Highly recommend a stay here and I look forward to future vacations!

A 5-Star property giving a 1-Star service. Stayed 7 nights and booked 2 separate rooms for self and family. Very poor customer service and unorganized staff. This is definitely not a Marriott Standard that I have known for over 25 years! Almost always long line at reception. Took almost 45 minutes to complete check-in. Except for 1 or 2, almost all staff had attitude problems. There were about 4 personnel at Valet next to Hotel entrance when we arrived and no one bothered to receive us for valet or luggage. Calling from room to front desk is never picked up. It took 2 hours for housekeeping to collect laundry and my suit had to take 48 hours instead of same day service. Mistake in order taking at the pool. Regardless it was a busy period or not, the hotel management has definitely failed to prepare. Not sure if I will ever come back to the same property.

Our family had the best time! We LOVE this hotel! The staff was attentive and friendly. The kids had so much fun on the flow rider, slides and lazy river. Make reservations for their Bourbon Steak ahead of time. We are already planning our next stay!

One of my favorite staycation places to go! Great location across from the mall, amazing restaurants on-site, plus the water park and nice rooms make this an all-time favorite hotel

Great attention to detail. Very very courteous staff. Room and bath were spot less. I rested very well due to the high quality bedding. Be careful, just opening the refrigerator will cost you $

When i arrived, check-in staff neglected to tell me that I needed a sticker to park. They also neglected to tell me I needed to park on level C of the garage or above. Later, I called the front desk to arrange a wake-up call. They took the information, but never made the wake-up call. Finally, there were lots of ants in my room. Not what I expected for such an expensive resort!

Great hotel but the on-site restaurants need improvement. I've had better steaks at Outback. Liquor selection is pretty standard for any bar - nothing special.

But if you're there for a conference... STAY AWAY from the catered lunches. Their catering team needs some serious cooking lessons.

Golf course is nice and can be a challenge, depending on the wind for the day.

The conference beverage/snack selection is good but the coffee sucks.

Bed was comfy and the pillows were great. My particular room could have used some fresh paint and some updates.

Great for a few nights getaway. Awesome service from staff members. Busy on Sunday, less people on Monday. Lots to do, kids had a blast. No hand soap in the bathroom on this visit... they're waiting on a delivery. Not good during COVID-19. Lots of the restrictions lifted, but I see them coming back real soon.

We had a lot of issues before and during our stay; which made my husband s birthday an experience way beyond my expectations. I used to come here as a teen and remembered a luxurious hotel with excellent service! It was definitely everything but what you expect from a luxury hotel! I hesitated between a stay at Eau in palm beach where I previously stayed and this one, to say that I regretted my choice is an understatement! Finally, I tried to reach out many times to the hotel and his manager, no one even bothered to respond to my emails; it s been now almost 3months again never had such poor service, or maybe at a motel during a road trip, although I m pretty sure they would have at Least replied to my emails.

Great room. Mauricio in the lobby is great. Would be a five star rating if the valet operation was not such a disaster. More than once absurd delays in getting our car. Once almost an hour waiting in 85 degree heat (you can t see if your car has come up if you wait inside).
