A 5-Star property giving a 1-Star service. Stayed 7 nights and booked 2 separate rooms for self and family. Very poor customer service and unorganized staff. This is definitely not a Marriott Standard that I have known for over 25 years! Almost always long line at reception. Took almost 45 minutes to complete check-in. Except for 1 or 2, almost all staff had attitude problems. There were about 4 personnel at Valet next to Hotel entrance when we arrived and no one bothered to receive us for valet or luggage. Calling from room to front desk is never picked up. It took 2 hours for housekeeping to collect laundry and my suit had to take 48 hours instead of same day service. Mistake in order taking at the pool. Regardless it was a busy period or not, the hotel management has definitely failed to prepare. Not sure if I will ever come back to the same property.
