Extremely unprofessional owner and hiring manager, basically show up to be degraded. First impression was lackluster and very unwelcoming. The first sentence was "You're a veteran, so you must be good at hand-to-hand combat, and you like I could kick the S!$# out of you. " Owner wouldn't give a straight answer on pay, and found college education to be of no value compared to his rundown machine shop. There were no indications that anyone wanted to be there. The Foreman for I9 was great, which is why I give 2 stars. Basically, if applying, just look elsewhere.
Piss poor management, unprofessional and flat out rude people who's job is to simply answer the phone. Incompetent to even set up an interview with potential employees. Embarrassing to say the least
