Incredible shoe selection and very knowledgeable/friendly staff. I always feel welcomed as a customer and never pressured to make decisions, it s my go to shoe store!!!

This is where I love to buy my shoes and sometimes purses when they have them. Shoes 22 has men, women and children options of good quality footwear for a decent price. Other places around may sale cheaper but you know that they have brand names that are actually good and very comfortable. Plus the customer service is good, it's not the best I've seen but its been pretty good. It is overwhelming seeing how many different types of shoes there are but that just means that they want to fit everyone in.

Shoes 22 is the best shoe store in Kitchener Waterloo. Amazing selection of shoes, boots and sandals. Helpful staff and even better prices. My go to place to buy shoes and boots.

Shoes 22 has a great selection of shoes, boots and all your footwear needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it.

Will make the 1+ hour drive to only shop here for shoes, for myself and my entire family. The staff and service you receive is in unparalleled to any other large chain, or small independent retailers.

The staff actually listen to your needs and care more about finding you items you ll be happy walking away with, than they do just selling you anything in eyesight.

On top of all that, they re selection is incredible and there is full transparency when it comes to price point With that being said, nothing is jacked up for the sake of going on sale. Their prices are marked fairly ALL year long!!

I hope this place sticks around forever and I cannot wait to see what they ll be launching for spring 2021!

Not familiar with the city, stopped in to find some winter boots and couldn't be more please with not only helping me navigate sizing but then finding the right style! Appreciating the small gestures of kindness during these times. Will definitely recommend and be stopping by at my next chance!
