If you are selling or buying your home you definitely want Keila Bey as your realtor!! I just bought my first home and Keila was amazing at every step of the process. She kept me calm and informed. She was always available and willing to show me every home in a timely manner (sometimes within hours of my request!) Before we even began the process she sat down with me and told me everything I could expect which was incredibly helpful for me. She kept my faith high and even prayed with me through the process which was the most important part for me. She invested in me as a person and I am so grateful for her. You will love her.

Keila Bey took the time to get to know my husband and me while we were searching for a home in Pennsylvania. She listened carefully to our preferences and scheduled viewings based on our likes and dislikes. We appreciated Keila s low-key style. When we viewed properties, Keila gave my husband and me ample time to privately explore and talk without pressure. Keila genuinely wanted to get us into a property that would meet our needs. When we were ready to make an offer on a property, Keila was a skillful yet realistic negotiator. We are thrilled with the property we purchased and grateful to Keila for leading us to it. Her knowledge of the local area was dead on, she was very responsive to our calls, emails and text when we had questions, even though I am not the easiest person to work with she made it easy and she was open and honest and very transparent about everything. I wasn't sure about reviewing my experience, but after my home purchase I felt I needed to. After touring a home I wanted to make an offer on, the offer was made for me before I could say or include what I wanted as part of the purchase. Communication between me, the seller and realtors was difficult. I had to wait a week before getting a reply or call on stuff I needed to know, which was a problem since they moved the closing date 2 weeks sooner without my consent for the seller. Really? Trying to be cooperative, I felt I was an afterthought even as the buyer... And the repairs "agreed" to be done by the seller, my realtor told me the propane system will be fixed AFTER closing only to find out that the seller didn't pay to have the yard filled back in after it was dug up to replace a gas line. So now I have to do it on top of moving in and renovating the home... I feel they were more interested in closing a deal instead of making my first home purchase a good one.

We tried to buy a house with this company and they steered us to one they had listed for sale. When we submitted an offer, they didn't even go to bat for us. They 'countered' at full price, and after we agreed to terms they came back and removed appliances from the deal! At full price! Don't use this company. In my opinion, they are unethical.

I settled on my first home TODAY, and the process and experience this time around was much more comfortable than when I started with another agent and was so discouraged after a year long search.

Was trying to buy and house from them , they are the worst ,they have the house listed as FHA financing. They were the sellers agency we have our own . After wasting all my time and money , this house can't be purchased FHA . Thanks for the waste off time and almost 2,000 dollars I had to drop just to fine out I can't buy it ! Buyers beware they don't do there home work !

Lisa and Family we're very helpful in my home buying process. She was able to answer any question and get back to me within minutes, even late at night or in weekends. If you are looking to buy a home in south central PA this is the best choice in my opinion.
