I wasn't sure about reviewing my experience, but after my home purchase I felt I needed to. After touring a home I wanted to make an offer on, the offer was made for me before I could say or include what I wanted as part of the purchase. Communication between me, the seller and realtors was difficult. I had to wait a week before getting a reply or call on stuff I needed to know, which was a problem since they moved the closing date 2 weeks sooner without my consent for the seller. Really? Trying to be cooperative, I felt I was an afterthought even as the buyer... And the repairs "agreed" to be done by the seller, my realtor told me the propane system will be fixed AFTER closing only to find out that the seller didn't pay to have the yard filled back in after it was dug up to replace a gas line. So now I have to do it on top of moving in and renovating the home... I feel they were more interested in closing a deal instead of making my first home purchase a good one.
