Old hotel but still tolerable in Surabaya. Strategic location near Tunjungan plaza. The room is very spacious.

The hotel is located on the edge of the highway so it is easy to access from the highway. In addition, the location of the hotel is also right beside the Tunjungan Plaza mall. Indeed, for snacking.
The hotel room is quite spacious, good for couples and families. For families with 2 or more children, you can add an extra bed, even then there is still space for the children to play in the room.
The hotel lobby is quite spacious, standard impression. Equipped with 2 lifts which are quite interesting. 1 standard elevator like most lifts. The elevator is 1 lg, the room is transparent, you can see the view of the road outside the hotel, about the speed of the elevator, please be advised and prepare mentally because the elevator is running very slowly and almost jammed like it is about to fall.

A hotel in the middle of the city center and easy transportation

One of the recepsionist is not humble, the room is big but the pillow is small thin and not comfort because just 1 pillow for one person.
The restaurant,s lighting should be more bright....not shading...

Old hotel that SDH needs a revolution ... rooms are spacious but unfortunately, the aroma is less friendly

It s amazing how they could get a 4-Star rating with certification. I don t know how they could get that rating because the experience was awful.
The room wasn t pricy, located in a central location in the middle of Surabaya, right next to Tunjungan Plaza Mall!
The hotel was outdated, dirty furniture, unsanitary restroom and bathtub. The only good thing i can say about this hotel is they got 50 international TV channels free-of-charge for every room.
Staff were slow but helpful during checkin-checkout process. There s a strict NO OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINK policy! Room service charge was super expensive !!
The breakfast was not in the nicer side, even though it was offered as a continental breakfast.
Wi-Fi connection was super slow and unstable, offered for free with access code to every floor.
The lift/elevator are outdated, slow and does not feel secure. There was no clear Exit or Evacuation floorplan on our room for emergency!
No safe deposit box in room!

Parking guarding security is not good in mmbri services to customers or visitors

The place is actually strategic ... near the mall and in the middle of the city ... but unfortunately the model is old ... it must be updated again so that it's crowded ..

Old-school and dark hotel with interiors that don't fit the present. I occupied the odd number room on the 3rd floor, I looked for my room until a set of back and forth did not meet. The first night the electricity went off at 2:00 in the morning. After complaining, 1 minute later the electricity turned on. Then the shower was also problematic, the bed cover smelled musty, dirty carpet, black windows and full of crust. To the amusement, music in the lobby of the classical music sounds the funeral of American soldiers. Try to check on CCTV at 1:40 a.m. on the 9th of February, listen to the sound of classical music that is not suitable with the present. Hopefully in the future Tunjungan Hotel management will improve the interior and hotel rooms.

The receptionist was rather bitchy "just right at the beginning", the food was good, the room decor was not good

I just passed. Don't stay at this hotel. But if you look at the hotel, it will be good. The location is also strategic.
