I happen to know who Budd Massengale is an exactly what he is capable of.
Any one who hires this man without knowing what TMII is or why the Washington Attorney General's office has been investigating scams him and what his ties are to pyramid scams are. Are Fools!! Its just a matter of time before Budd Massengale finds himself as well as those he has around him in a courtroom explaining himself and his actions. I personally know both are inexcusable. At which time he will go to prison, and you will go with him as an accomplice. Good Day. Sirs!!

I have known and worked through TIR for years. MARK and the guys have always been fair and honest in dealing with their Inspector staff.

They hire some of the shoddiest "inspectors" I've ever seen in my life. the inspector I receive knew nothing about what I was doing or the work that pertain to my job. If you ever find out a TIR inspector going to be on your location make sure you watch your back, they will stab you as fast as they can. If they think it will benefit them.
