I happen to know who Budd Massengale is an exactly what he is capable of.
Any one who hires this man without knowing what TMII is or why the Washington Attorney General's office has been investigating scams him and what his ties are to pyramid scams are. Are Fools!! Its just a matter of time before Budd Massengale finds himself as well as those he has around him in a courtroom explaining himself and his actions. I personally know both are inexcusable.
