I had the pleasure this week of working with Jake. I have never owned a BMW and I went in with a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable about the types of vehicles, and each model and which one would be best for the amount of driving I do as a Realtor. Not only did he answer all of my questions but he took the time to make sure I really understood everything and there was no pressure at all. We tried out a few different cars and he really let the car sell it self which was really important to me. He took the time to explain all my options and didn t try to upsell me. Once we found the car I fell in love with (2020 x3) he worked with me to get a good price on my trade in and worked with me to get my monthly price to where I was happy with. When it came time to sign papers the Finance manager Amanda was the exact same way. She went over all the ins and outs of the financing and made sure I knew what I was signing. She helped me pick out options that will protect my car for years to come. Once the car was mine Zach, one of the Geniuses came out and helped me set up all the technology (the entire car is technology it s AMAZING) and that really helped me save hours of time trying to figure it out on my own. After all of that both Jake and Zach have made themselves available to answer all of my questions I have. It has been the best experience with a car dealership I ve ever had. I can say from start and through the purchase the people of Tulley BMW of Nashua were 10/10. I can t wait to refer all my friends and family to them who are looking for their new car!!!

I m in the market for an X3 M40i to replace my Porsche Macan and today was my second visit over the past two weeks. The first visit was very awkward. The first sales advisor, Kevin, wouldn t let me test drive, didn t ask for my email/phone/or last name, and he overall seemed very disinterested. I left after 15 minutes of deafening silence.

Because this encounter was quite strange and there were no available cars with the spec I want to purchase, I built one online and brought the code to Tulley today with the goal of discussing price.

Fast forward to today during my second visit I asked the sales advisor what their best price was for my spec. In the spirit of transparency, I told her I was not planning on doing a sale today because I planned to get two other quotes (it makes logical sense to shop around as prices fluctuate significantly).

The advisor went to speak with the manager. When she came back said, the manager refused to give me a quote because we are not interested in starting a war with another dealership. She was nice about it and I sort of understand where they are coming from, but this seemed like quite an aggressive response considering circumstances.

This is unfortunate as my family has depended upon Tulley several times over the years, with overall very positive experiences. It looks like I will be turning to a new dealership, even if it means longer trips.

Pros: good selection of snacks and beverage selection

Cons: awkward and a somewhat rude

Want to give a shout-out to Kyle Hart for his professionalism and knowledge - had a great experience buying a 2018 CPO X1 from him! Kyle knows and loves his product and it shows: he took the time with me late on a Saturday afternoon, answered all my questions and helped work out a good deal. I wish all of my car-buying experiences could be like this one!

Bought a used BMW and couldn't be happier. Got a great deal from a great dealership. Can't say enough about Warren Johnson, the sales rep that I worked with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He has a great future in the business. The sales and finance managers were equally helpful. I would certainly go back there when I need another car.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Warren Johnson for the purchase of our BMW - a beautiful 2020 X2. We had every intention of test driving all day at nearby dealerships, but after we both did a test drive and Warren talked us through all the features of the (very competitively priced) car, we were sold. He was very passionate about both the BMW family as well as the Tulley family; it was clear to both of us that we were in the right place. The transaction was smooth and painless - a first for both of us. The following day, I had to drop off my second set of keys from the trade-in and had to get the inspection taken care of. Without an appointment, I took a chance at getting the service done at the same time. I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler Smith who was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even went the extra mile and washed, sanitized and cleaned the car. We have been thrilled with every aspect of the process and love our new car. Thank you to all involved!

Got a beautiful new X3 M40i and my man Warren Johnson was awesome to deal with, huge help the entire time, even when discussing pricing. Everyone here is top-notch, treat you like family even before you buy. Worth the trip from Boston.

I am leaving a review based on a recent experience...

I am leaving a review based on a recent experience during my visit at Tulley BMW regarding my 2020 530i and buffing marks (see attached pictures). I purchased the 530i back at the end of December 2020. Upon purchasing the car, I did not notice any buffing scuffs/marks as the car had been spray waxed in preparation for delivery. Working from 8 to 6 PM and it being winter in New England, I did not observe the buffing marks until this past weekend (3/20). Buffing scuffs were observable throughout the whole car - front hood, trunk, doors and roof. Additionally the car had been stored in the garage and had only been driven approximately 2,000 miles in 3.5 months. The attitude I received from the Service Department regarding these buffing marks was quite upsetting and disturbing. The insinuations and suggestions they made that "how come this was only noticed after 3 months of ownership? and we would never sell a car like this" were completely out of line, specifically from the Service Manager, Kevin McLaughlin who repeatedly asked in a sarcastic rude manner "what am I looking at?" when not being able to observe the buffing marks as the car was inside the garage and they are most easily visible in the sun. I don't need to be mocked. To suggest that I (as the owner) incorrectly buffed the car, is completely baffling - what need would I have to be buffing a new car! After showing him the pictures, he rudely suggested that they would look into polishing the car. The swirl marks are still present after "polish". Recommend you look over car thoroughly prior to purchase as this dealership likes to use wax and quick detail spray to cover swirl and buffing marks.

I had been searching for CPO X3 within a large radius of my home in an effort to locate a good match. I contacted Tulley online and chatted with Jennifer about an CPO X3 that was coming soon. It wasn t what I wanted but the conversation led to an attractive offer for a new 2021 X3.
I went into the dealership and Peter worked out the final details and we even agreed on a good trade in value for my car. I had no intention of buying that day however it all worked out with an equitable agreement. They had the X3 that I wanted and the pricing was attractive enough for me to sign the deal that day. I have been a long standing Tulley BMW service customer but had never purchased from Tulley.
Overall the buying experience was excellent. It started with a simple and pleasant online chat which led me to an actual sales adviser, Peter. The whole transition was quick, simple and satisfying. I took delivery of my 2021 X3 about 4 hours after the final papers were processed.

After configuring my build on the BMW website, I contacted Gloria Prosper, who was highly recommended by a friend.
Gloria was patient, upfront, and effective. She quickly went through my build to make sure I get exactly what I expected, presented me with the financing options, and explained the factory order process, since what I wanted was not in stock. No pressure, just an honest and pleasant conversation.
Once we agreed on the details, Gloria handled everything from start to finish. Our communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The vehicle arrived as planned and taking delivery the next day at the dealership went equally smooth. Gloria and Steven Augusta, the business manager, processed the final documents just as efficiently, and after a short session with Richard Jenkins, the Genius director, I left with a gorgeous car.
Thank you Gloria, you've really made me feel valued as a customer! A pleasure working with you.

Tulley BMW has been an awesome experience BOTH times my wife and I were there.

OUR TULLEY BMW STORY:
We drove our California leased BMW 330i to Massachusetts which threw our allowed mileage way over, and I honestly believe Joe Macintosh, our sales person, went above and beyond to get us the lowest price possible for our next lease. Our first experience there was so pleasant, we promised Joe that we would come back in three years and ask for him.

Two years later, we were again projected to be over our allowed miles. Val, the general sales manager, wrote us a letter we couldn t pass. (The hook)

We made an appointment with Joe but he was not available at the time so he introduced us to Jake.
Jake is like a splitting image of Joe, customer service wise. Both handsome young men but Jake is a TAD bit younger

We trust this dealership so much that not only did we trade in one car, we traded in both of our vehicles and bought two cars from them in one day.

If you re reading this review, and thinking of buying or leasing a BMW..look no further. Go see Jake or Joe and meet Val. Three guys that will care about you and your future business with them.
