I had been searching for CPO X3 within a large radius of my home in an effort to locate a good match. I contacted Tulley online and chatted with Jennifer about an CPO X3 that was coming soon. It wasn t what I wanted but the conversation led to an attractive offer for a new 2021 X3.
I went into the dealership and Peter worked out the final details and we even agreed on a good trade in value for my car. I had no intention of buying that day however it all worked out with an equitable agreement. They had the X3 that I wanted and the pricing was attractive enough for me to sign the deal that day. I have been a long standing Tulley BMW service customer but had never purchased from Tulley.
Overall the buying experience was excellent. It started with a simple and pleasant online chat which led me to an actual sales adviser, Peter. The whole transition was quick, simple and satisfying. I took delivery of my 2021 X3 about 4 hours after the final papers were processed.
