Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. Nicely cut off from the hustle bustle but still within close distance to the town if needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great view of the 18th hole from the restaurant. I would recommend staying here.

Unfortunately there was more sand on the fairways than in the bunkers. Condition of the course was poor which is a shame. From memory last time I played this course presentation was 200% better
excellent hotel...all the covid guidelines in full force...got a complimentary light meal and drink when we arrived! very friendly lauren from the main reception desk and a bubbly sharon in the bar...many thanks!
We had a lovely one night stay in Tulfarris, the staff where friendly and attentive, the restaurant was set up really well with an amazing view. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. We would both can t wait to stay again

Well maintained very clean hotel with friendly professional staff. Great golf course at resort with challenges at every hole. Great menu and restaurant setting overlooking golf course and lakes. Looking forward to return again!
Tulfarris hotel is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I had my wedding here recently all thanks to Hanorra and her amazing professionalism. Very very very impressed by the staff and how friendly and professional they where. The rooms are incredible and the grounds are amazing. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our day the best day!
8 of us go to Tulfarris twice a year for the past 4 years to play golf and stay overnight. It has been absolutely fantastic, Food top class, service so friendly and golf course in top condition. Wld not get better anywhere! We were there 19th June this year and so so disappointed, Golf course was not up to scratch, food was very disapointing, service was not the usual friendly staff!!
The 5 stars is for the wedding venue as it was superb. If you ask about the accommodation in terms of the cottage it gets a 1 star - ever heard of a Hoover? Apart from this it's a great place and has some great facilities - just a pity about the cleanliness of the cottages!
We stayed here last weekend. On arrival the lady answered a call while checking me in, no excuse me I have to take this call or anything and proceeded to have full blown conversation for several minutes while I was left standing there, when she got off phone vaguely appologised for taking call found it very rude tbh. We had a 3 course meal included which we said we'd have in the bar. I got steak sandwich which I had to return as strong smell off it my husband had a burger which was extremely over cooked. Breakfast was very poor also. We left after meal and then came back down to have a drink to firstly be told bar was fully booked and sent to bar across the way which was not opened, we eventually got a table to have a drink, you couldn't go to bar as we were fine with and totally understood during current situation with Covid but to be left sitting there and being totally ignored by staff when trying to order a drink was very unsatisfactory, we felt as if we weren't welcome in the bar at all. Like I said we understand in current situation the way things are but if you book into a hotel you like to relax and unwind and have few drinks without feeling that you are doing something wrong which tbh is the way we were made feel. Lovely hotel and rooms so is a pity.
Booked a table for four in the restaurant for last saturday night. Very disappointed. My wife & myself ordered cod which was under cooked, the potatoes were soggy as if they were reheated. I was afraid to ask our guests what there chicken was like, but one hardly ate what was a very small portion We ordered coffees, mine was cold with coffee on the saucer not even cleaned. Expensive for such poor quality.
The service is exceptional... This is our 4th time at the Tulfarris.. Its our home away from home and is always our first choice for a golf break. The room we got overlooking the 18th hole was absolutely beautiful and we have requested and received that room on all our other visits.
Had a lovely meal didn't have much choice left on the menu as they were pretty busy yesterday and they had pepper's in alot there choice I can't eat pepper's but that's not there fault otherwise what I did have was lovely the beef there staff are so nice
We had breakfast lunch and dinner and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff are all so friendly and warm. Our room was lovely and modern. We definitely want to return.
Absolutely loved this course a few years ago. Really disappointed this time - very wet and in poor condition and a lot of bunkers out of action - will not be in a hurry back. Sorry
Tulfarris golf course is as good as any course you will play. It has everything to ask questions of your game. Doglegs water and bunkers everywhere. It truly is a beautiful golf course. The scenery is spectacular. A lovely hotel with really nice food. My favourite golf course by far.
We had the best night in Tulfarris Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly & obliging in every aspect of our stay. Big shout out to Paula & Bernard in Reception & Sharon in the bar. You all made our time there so relaxing & fun. Will be back to see you all very soon. 10/10 Angie & Audrey

I was married here in 2015 would highly recommend . Foods fantastic. The staff are so friendly and professional. I've just returned for my second year anniversary .. nothing has changed.. we had a fantastic time .. would highly recommend for any wedding or family event ..
Fantastic night away. Myself and my husand spent a night here last saturday. When we arrived at 12.50pm, our room was ready. The room was spacious and airy and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was extrememly comfortable! One of the nicest Ihotel beds I've stayed in. The staff here were so friendly and accommodating. We had afternoon tea and a 3 course meal in the hotel. We couldn't fault the food at all. It was really good. The breakfast was lovely the next day as well. Despite being very busy due to recent restrictions on food buffets, the staff handled it really well and you weren't waiting long. We went to the bar after for a short while as I'm 7 months pregnant and we ordered a large bottle of sparkling water for the room. The waiter gave it to us on the house and said 'congratulations'. It's not much but it's cetrtainly something you remember. These are only minor things I would address - In the shower, the shower bar on the wall is too close to the shower tiself, I found my arm and elbow kept hitting off it and it made the space smaller & quite uncomfortable - usually these bars are closer to middle of the wall. Also, we were on the same floor as reception which was quite noisy day & night so if you're looking for a quiet night away perhaps ask for a room on a higher floor. I would certainly recommened this hotel, especially all the food! And we will return. Very good value.
Stayed for one night in March. Rooms were lovely looking out onto the golf course. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. Only downside was that the water in the shower was not hot enough every when the dial was turned up full. Otherwise worth a visit.
