The people are very nice to talk to and very helpful.

Zero stars if I could. Rented from them for years and they were the worst management , specifically Brittany Ruh, was the worst property manager I ever had. She is rude, never available, never responsive, and dismissive of all concerns. She seems bored and unhappy and it reflects in her lack of customer service. It was extremely difficult to get maintenance concerns taken care of and had continued issues never resolved. I would suggest to avoid TRT and go with a company who takes care of their renters. I wish I could say better but unfortunately my experience was horrendous and I moved due to them.

WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! This company WILL discriminate!!! Long story short, they are VERY unprofessional. They will take your money and give you hoops to jump through to only say you're not qualified with no explanation and no returned phone calls when trying to find out why. After calling multiple times we were finally able to speak to the manager who kept saying she doesn't know anything and would have to call us back but "it probably won't be til tomorrow". They are discriminating because my brother is young in his early 20's who more than qualifies for this property by himself let alone with his 2 co-applicant. They also told him he is not gettiing his application money back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Applied for a property we were well qualified for. They asked that we have 2 years or employment history and current verifiable income. This was provided and then we were told that you're only qualified if someone has worked the same job More

We have utilized TRT services for nearly 10 years; they have been a joy to work with. Management of our rental property has been as easy and painless as possible. Every issue has been handled without fail, and with regular communication. Thanks to Brittney Ruh and the other employees in the organization for taking such great care of our needs.

They are very petty and will use any excuse to charge the tenant for general maintenance service repairs that should be covered by them or the owner. They tried to intimidate my girlfriend by scheduling an inspection (to see if I lived with her when I do not, and during a pandemic not to mention) because I called a HVAC service provider and asked for the invoice using my girlfriends information to see what the technician wrote for myself. How does that warrant an inspection? Tucson Realty and Trust Management provides the worst realty service in the area.

This company has been a constant pain to many HOA's. They do not work for the residents, just the developers. Getting in touch with anyone is near impossible. They never do anything they agree to. Broken many bylaws regarding annual meetings with residents. I could honestly keep going.

Save yourself the trouble here and look elsewhere. Not good business practices or people working here.

We ve used TRT for 10 years managing our rental home. They have been wonderful to work with, especially Roxanne, she s a fantastic property manager. She s very responsive and does a great job managing our rental property. Highly recommend!

Hard to get to now due to construction.
Good management company.

Destroyed my home under the guise of packing up for bedbugs. Did not follow the bug guys instructions and tore up rugs, took pictures off the walls and all the clothes in the closets on rooms that were deemed bug free. Changed me for this and put me out of my home for 2 weeks. Crooks.
