This was by far the BEST experience we had when buying a house. Brad and his team were amazing at helping us along the way. They were there to answer all of our questions and offer additional assistance during the home buying/building the process. We could not have asked for better service. They could start by answering the phone and returning voicemails. How do you run a business where no one answers the phone or returns voicemails? Closing on time would also be a plus. It seems this company is just another mediocre lender. I will not be sending future clients here.
To make things worse when Brad finally did reach out he was rude and didn t let me get a word in edge wise. Once he said what he had to say he hung up. Very unprofessional. I have never been treated as such.

Discovering Brad and team was an accident when we bought our new home in 2014. We have refinanced twice since original closing and both times with them! To be fair, i have dipped my feet in the market and received quotes from few other agents (including online), but somehow I ended up placing higher trust in Global Home Finance team. They are totally transparent. What I like best about dealing with them is that they never assume that "I should know" and instead take the pains of explaining what I should know. Highly recommended!

I'll start by saying, save yourself a headache. This company is a joke. They push closing over and over and don't care at all. Brad is a pretentious insensitive person that could care less about your home purchase. They do not return calls, they screen calls, and tell you whatever to get you off the phone with no care at all about their customers outcome.
Global Home finance was so easy to work with. They helped advise on which program would work best. I feel I saved hundreds on monthly payments just by following their recommendations on a mortgage program that fit my scenario best. Also, they were great with communication on letting me know what to expect as far as which documents I would need to provide.

I tried to use Quicken Loan first but then switched to Global Home Finance. It was the best decision we made. Building a home is very stressful. Steven Schindler was amazing at keeping me updated and calm throughout the whole process. He was available and answered all of my questions regarding the loan and the building our of home. He was amazing to work with and I highly recommend him! He walked us through to the very end...even when our home did not appraise at price! Thanks Steven!
