Zero stars if I could. Rented from them for years and they were the worst management , specifically Brittany Ruh, was the worst property manager I ever had. She is rude, never available, never responsive, and dismissive of all concerns. She seems bored and unhappy and it reflects in her lack of customer service. It was extremely difficult to get maintenance concerns taken care of and had continued issues never resolved. I would suggest to avoid TRT and go with a company who takes care of their renters. I wish I could say better but unfortunately my experience was horrendous and I moved due to them.
