Hello I do not recommend this company for anyone, we bought a house with an installation made by Tuco Energie, it turns out that the service was not carried out in accordance with the DTU rules.
The solar panel containers were directly attached to the roof without a waterproofing review, and today we have a leaking roof over its entire surface, we have contacted their ten-year insurance which refuses to take our declaration into account, for work carried out for a first installation in 2016 and a second installation in 2019 for the repair of the waterproofing structure that the company dares to invoice to its customers.
Today we expect from them, a consideration of the damage caused to the insulation, the framework, the waterproofing and the coverage either through insurance or amicable.
Maybe through this can I imagine a reaction?

After meeting a commercial in 06/2019 who was clear in his clear explanations both at the technical level, installation of the installation, the tax advantages, the possible financing, we decided to validate the quote for an equipment of 20 photovoltaic panels, thermodynamics and management and monitoring solutions for our needs. Our small climatic effort was successfully accompanied by TUCOENERGIE, a reliable company with German quality products. Company that I highly recommend because for us it is total satisfaction.

Hahaha the good joke I am still waiting for the sales representative from their place, 2 appointments made and not screwed to come to one as to the other. Supposedly a car problem for the first, and the second 0 news after the appointment taken by phone. I don't recommend at all unless you have time to spare.

Very good equipment, photovoltaic panels and heat pumps work quite well. Finally, with customer service answering my questions, hence the change in comments, we must continue on this path. I recommend.
