Completely incompetent business they even change locations but the reviews are still just as bad. this company with Mike will not be of help to the customers. How they monopoly contracts is down right illegal. I seriously hope you look at the reviews and not just respond to them but actually take them into consideration.

Response to you message: thank you for the quick response it shows a willingness to improve but actions speak louder then words.
yes WCP Wireless is 100% monopolized as Rogers themselves cannot offer the plan only magic mike can, so yes you are 100% monopolized and it s illegal.
Also, I had a felling you may try and track my info and possibly sabotage my orders. Which is why you won t be able to find my info.
Last but definitely not least I have had to deal with you for over 7 years and there has NEVER been normal transactions, always something wrong. Perfect example is the iPhone 12 orders. People orders over a month ago and still have not received any information. Not only is this company Truly shameful business but also highly illegal. Even the Rogers workers say nothing we can do you have to go through mike. Very shady practice. Would stay as far away as possible from this company.

Just switched from Telus to Rogers taking advantage of a promo for Real Estate professionals. Dealt with Shams the Rogers Rep at WCP and my experience was great. Reached out to Shams many times to go over everything before making the change and he was always available to chat and very accommodating. The changeover went very smooth with no problems at all. Our new SIM cards were sent right away by Purolator along with great instructions for the Port over.

We want to offer a big thank you to Shams and the Staff at WCP.

Originally signed up by bringing my phone from Bell, was told I would be given my service fee credited back after the 2nd or 3rd billing cycle, it never happened so I was directed to call Rogers and an agent was nice enough to credit it back despite telling me there is no documentation for this offer that WCP Wireless baits you with. Then I signed up to bring an additional line over, service fee is to be waived but it never happens, much like the first time, WCP wireless directs me to call Rogers, this time Rogers says there is no proof and refuses to credit my account back. WCP wireless also dusted their hands of the issue and states I need to try to get a Rogers manager to fix it, I asked for proof in an email that this was a part of my plan and WCP Wireless representative refused.

If you are considering using this company do so knowing they have no issue baiting you with something you are unlikely to get back (service fee waived), the plan I signed up for was correct and the phone I ordered came with no issues, but for customer service reasons I would advise to find an alternative.

Unbelievably incompetent! I, like other reviewers, was offered 2 x $100 credit for moving a line over from a competitor to Rogers. The first was to come within a couple of months while the second was to come within about 9 months. Well!!! After at least 40 emails back and forth I got ahold of the manager of the Markham location (Karim) and not so much as an apology!!! It has been two years since the line switch. I finally got one of the credits at the 20 month anniversary and am still (!) awaiting the second credit. Rogers can't do anything about it as it must be processed through the dealer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS! Very, very poor customer service!

UPDATE:: so after a ton of calling and questions. I eventually got my credits and my plan has been updated. my review has been updated to reflect my plan changes. However, i wish i could've gotten this before without all the hassle.

I was brought to this company through my company, and was offered a deal for my cellular plan. I wish it was the end of the story there however, this company is the least professional / least responsive company I've ever dealt with.
I've called head office, ive called the representative who signed me up, and they all haven't gotten back to me.
Reading the other reviews it makes sense now where credits are never applied, when asked they say it's going to show up in the next billing statement.
Constant back and forth with no resolution. I personally would NEVER deal with a company with such shady business practices.

AVOID at all costs.
