After meeting a commercial in 06/2019 who was clear in his clear explanations both at the technical level, installation of the installation, the tax advantages, the possible financing, we decided to validate the quote for an equipment of 20 photovoltaic panels, thermodynamics and management and monitoring solutions for our needs. The installation was done at the end of July over 2 days with a competent, friendly duo who knew their job who did a neat and meticulous job despite their long day of installation during the heat wave of late July 2019 (it was very hot on the you). After these few months of use (despite a certain slowness of ENEDIS in making the connection to the networks), we are fully satisfied because we are selling our surplus, our electrical consumption via our operator has clearly decreased. We also had to deal with customer service following a few purely administrative questions, the responses were quick and clear. Our small climatic effort was successfully accompanied by TUCOENERGIE, a reliable company with German quality products. Company that I highly recommend because for us it is total satisfaction.
