I Bought an $8,000 Graphtec plotter from them 2 weeks ago, as soon as that payment went through, it was like birds scattering . Like pulling teeth to get help

I live in Orlando and anytime I need supplies for my vinyl shop, I call Tubelite. They deliver right to my door next day or even same day if I call early enough. Always knowledgeable and courteous on the phone. They always have what I need and help me find the right item if I don't know. I usually talk to Luis. He is the BEST!

Nice people good products but with the showroom closed due to covid , you have to call in advance and call when you arrive to pick up. #chefbrian

This place is a nightmare to order and pick up the Right parts. Very POOR COMMUNICATION. Customer service is Bad. They are not very Knowledgeable of Signs & Lights. Poor Management.

I have been using Tubelite for the better part of 20 years. They are a great partner for my sign business. The service is great and the pricing is consistently competitive. We love our delivery driver, Nate. I recently needed product after hours and the whole team stepped up to help. That's great customer service. In addition to name brand products Tubelite has a great line of reasonably priced house branded products that are as good or better than some of the branded items. I am a very happy customer and Tubelite is my primary supplier.

Unbelievable treatment of their customers as it comes to technical support.
Especially upper management. Art Vela is a joke. He does not care about the small business owner, which is the core of their business. I suggest that you find another company to buy supplies from and don't rely on their support team to get the job done. Wants to charge me 0ver $400 for 10 minutes of tech time to install 4 cap tops!!

We bought a Roland printer from tubelite with warranty/protection plan back in Sept 2019. We had our first issue with the printer about 3-4 weeks ago and we have called them more than 30 times in hopes of getting our machine back up and running. It took them over two weeks to get the first printer tech to us and after she checked the machine they did not provide her with the parts to fix our printer. Another week goes by and they send her in again to fix our printer and she still doesn t have the parts to get us back up and running. We are now going on one full months with no printer service and we own a printing company. They will not return our phone calls and we have to chase them down several times per day to get answers and updates. They have not called us one time in regards to our issue we always have to initiate contact! The service provided by this company is absolute horrible. We have literally lost 1000s of dollars in jobs with our printer being down and no one there has any sense of urgency to fix our problem. The only reason we purchased the machine through tubelite was because they were close to us in Tampa, Fl it was several other companies we could have went with but unfortunately we gave them our business and now we are paying for it. If you are a business owner please take your business elsewhere because if you ever need anything they will not be any service to you in a timely manner. This had been the worst experience ever.
