We bought a Roland printer from tubelite with warranty/protection plan back in Sept 2019. We had our first issue with the printer about 3-4 weeks ago and we have called them more than 30 times in hopes of getting our machine back up and running. It took them over two weeks to get the first printer tech to us and after she checked the machine they did not provide her with the parts to fix our printer. Another week goes by and they send her in again to fix our printer and she still doesn t have the parts to get us back up and running. We are now going on one full months with no printer service and we own a printing company. They will not return our phone calls and we have to chase them down several times per day to get answers and updates. They have not called us one time in regards to our issue we always have to initiate contact! The service provided by this company is absolute horrible. We have literally lost 1000s of dollars in jobs with our printer being down and no one there has any sense of urgency to fix our problem. The only reason we purchased the machine through tubelite was because they were close to us in Tampa, Fl it was several other companies we could have went with but unfortunately we gave them our business and now we are paying for it. If you are a business owner please take your business elsewhere because if you ever need anything they will not be any service to you in a timely manner. This had been the worst experience ever.
