Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had...
Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had so far with a restaurant and the seamless app.TuCafe was downright rude when dealing with my problem. They didn't know who the driver was, but they gave me the number of the driver, whom they kept referring as a him but was a she. I called her multiple times going straight to voicemail. Then over an hour later I get a text saying that the driver tried to call me and left messages which she didn't, then I get a text from the Seamless app saying the food was delivered. When I called TuCafe restaurant back they just suggested Uber eats for next time and that they use GrubHub, not seamless. Obviously not knowing that they are the same company. I call Seamless and they won't refund me, offering me 50% off on my next order instead. I talked to whom I thought was the manager, Riz (?!?), and he said he couldn't give me my money back. I was put on hold and they kept me waiting. Finally a manager, Claudia, was able to help me. I shouldn't have gone through a two hour ordeal to get bacon, eggs and toast. There was a series of missteps here that were truly confounding. #seamless #ubereats #grubhub #tucafe
