Worked at Raytheon Mckinney, TX as a contractor great place to work people are friendly and most of there management are skilled. They did have one manager that I encountered that was racist reported him and HR required he apologized to his peers. But when it was time for me to seek permanent employment in 2014 after six years as a Contractor and to finally having an opportunity to apply for my dream job at this great company. He made sure I didn't get hired because he and the hiring manager of my organization were good friends. Therefore I was punished for his bad behavior. I trained all the new contractor's in our department and all of them were hired except for me the decision I was told came from upper management.

I want to start off saying that this is by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. I've notice so much within the 4 months that I have worked here, I feel like I was not treated fairly in this case and fired just because. I worked for the radar and combat department and lately we've been running out work alot and having a lot of systems come back off the field due to defects and vendor issues which has cause a lack of work in the area. I asked on serval occasions could I go cross train in different area so that I could have work and was denied that opportunity saying that nobody was there to train me but they have hired over 60 people in the last month or so. I was pushed on second shift and was told that two other people was going to join me but i ended up being on second by myself a whole week in a half with no help just for them to fire me I feel like the situation was not only discrimination but I was mistreated. When i made a mistake everyone in the department knew about it and made jokes about and harrassed me and nothing was done about it when my supervisor Logan Luke came to me about the situation. I feel as if I didnt have proper training to avoid defects and mess ups and they didnt consider anything or other people, it alot of people in there unhappy but not willing to speak on it so I'm going to be that voice for them as well. I have a family to take care of and for them to treat me the way they did it's so wrong. I have a lawyer working on this case with me and I need this to get to the CEO of the company so he knows how people are being treated. Logan Luke is unprofessional and dont care about anybody he walks around all day spitting tobacco out and not only do he come in late because of hangovers his attitude and how he talks to people is not what my ideal supervisor is. The day that they decided to fire me was the same day I was told not to come into work because we was still out of work, but was called and told my performance after 4months of being there wasn't good enough. I was never late and got along with almost everybody and worked my butt off consistantly everyday this situation has to be stop and acknowledged.

Nope

If you are inside the fence, you would rate it less favorable. A couple of years ago, they let go of the gym coaches that organized group exercise classes throughout the day. Instead, the front entrance was remodeled. Recently they decided to convert the gym into office space. It's fine that the company is growing. I guess they don't care about employees health. Unlike TI company.

ok
