I have worked at TSD Logistics for over 27 years and it is a great place to work. Working here is like having a second family. Very blessed to be a part of a company that gives back.

This is a great place to work. The people make all the difference. I once dabbled and dipped to another company. Sometimes, you have to look from the outside in to remember how good you have it.

This company truly cares about the driver and the family unit. They are like a good friend when you just have to raise your hand.

Operations does not micromanage. It took time to get used to this aspect. Their processes are simple and streamlined to help keep you moving. Payroll is always a breeze to work with. Safety is patient and will listen. E log department is stellar.

Many trucking companies you walk into it looks and sounds like a circus, not TSD. You walk into TSD Venessa is always there ready to conversate and make you feel welcomed. My wife says it has a relaxing spa feel when you walk into TSD hq. You always walk out feeling like you left your second home.

Cons:
There can be long wait times at times. However, I have NEVER not been taken care of. If you can understand this and keep your eye on the big picture you will make money and be able to provide for your family.

Healthcare plan is a lot for what you get I would argue its like this everywhere in trucking right now for smaller companies.

Closing:

My co workers dont feel like co workers. They truly feel like friendships that I maintain just by doing my job. When I'm sick or down they rise up. TSD truly has unique freight lanes, a unique formula to the way in which they approach the driver. The people you work with make all the difference.

Great place to work with great benefits. Most employees are long term employees. PTO, 401k Match great pay.

Husband used to work here, was a good place to work, kind people. They treated him well.
