They aren't honest in hiring and giving info. Once hired the job chanced 100%. They didn't pay like they said and even took pay away if you didn't hit their goal. If u had a note from a judge they still took pay away. What a great place to work....:(

I have worked for this company for over 3 years now. It is a great company as long as you work hard and do what you are supposed to do. They value their employees and encourage you to reach your potential. Hard work pays off in call centers. They promote from within as well.
I have worked for this company for some time now, it's a good company if you're looking to work hard and make your own money! With lots of contests, benefits and enjoyable coworkers! Evenings, weekends and holidays off now a days is hard to beat!
This is a wonderful company to work for! There is plenty of opportunities to make lots of money! They really take care of you here and it is a fun, loving environment to work for. One of the better jobs I've had!
Training experience was awful. The job it's self would of been easy but in all of my years in the professional corporate world, I must say TSD is far from professional. Lack of communication, training was a joke. If you have the patience and truly need a job then go for it, otherwise don't waste your time

For the guy in ALL CAPS saying this place was racist, that isn't true. When I was working at TSD I can think of 3 African Americans in Management there, including the second highest in command. It's a decent place to work at but at the end of the day it's a call center, variable pay and quickly opening/closing positions should be expected. I was laid off due to one of the programs closing.
VERY RACIST COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! CARL WAS MY RECRUITER AND VERY RUDE. I WAS SENT AN EMAIL FOR AN INTERVIEW AND WHEN I WENT THE NEXT DAY THE WHOLE STORY CHANGED. HE TOLD ME HOW HE DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING AND HOW SOMEBODY NEEDS TO QUIT BEFORE I EVEN GET CONSIDERED FOR A JOB AFTER I BURNED MY GAS AND WASTED MY TIME TO GET THERE. I AM FILLING WITH THE EEOC, NLRB AND CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION. LOOK OUT PEOPLE OF ANY KIND OF COLOR AND I DO MEAN ANY KIND OF COLOR...!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYER OR YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A JOB NOT USE TELESERVICES DIRECT. IN PARTICULAR DON'T TALK TO CARL. HE WAS VERY RUDE!!!
