TSC>Direct Review

My experience with them is excellent. I've never had any problem with their service. Customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and friendly, they go above and beyond. They carry both my home and auto insurance.

All of the reps are very sweet and helpful. This is the most honest insurance company I have ever known. Great prices and service provided.

Hey dont ever purchase insurance with this branch. I tell you why....
Im a salesperson at a prime dealership in queens and some customers have tri state so when i call to add a car to the customers policy the girl name ***SONIA***always gives me an attitude and an unprofessional speach. So thats why i always reffer my customers to geico because geico always gives you good rate and good customer service. Tri state from Jericho turnpike should consider that i work for a prime dealership and they wish the will had my business.

Professional and courteous calls. My agent had my quote and info at hand easily. Most of all, I am able to cut my expenses in about half. So happy to join TSC Direct.

Stay away from this company. My policy was cancelled after 24 years due to insufficient vehicle usage. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. I'm going to notify everyone I know that is covered by this company to cancel their policy.

My experience with TSC Direct was quite a pleasant surprise. The transition from my previous carrier was seamless and their reps were wonderful especially Amy. No complaints here, just what the insurance doctors ordered.

Would give zero starts if I could. Their website is a complete lie along with many of the things we as agents are told to tell you on the phone. I worked for TSC for over a year before I had to leave because I felt way too guilty blatantly lying to people on the phone and watching them get screwed over. We ask you a series of questions, you either get approved or denied, even if you DO by small chance get approved it is so likely you'll get dropped for many reasons. Either an agent put something wrong (probably purposefully) when you told them knowing we were tricking the system so we can get an approval and get a sale, or even if everything was entered correctly the application still gets reviewed so after you've paid, switched over to TSC and cancelled your previous policies we will still drop you. If something happens in the middle of your policy (accident, ticket, claim, etc.) TSC drops you and claims it is against underwriting guidelines. Another thing, their website says TSC uses no outside agents, HAHHAHAH false. I live in Texas and worked for a call center type company and I was selling TSC and I know there was another company in NY also selling TSC. Website also says "Insurance you can trust" I beg you please do not trust TSC... and lastly the process for an application is not quick and easy, so beware.

They are so bad they are dropping me for just driving to other work locations stay away from them
