ONE STAR FOR THE BAD PARKING STRUCTURE, IT S A JOKE.

Excellent hotel in the center of the capital, on Republic Square. Pool, the latest gym. Breakfast is sumptuous, just a week and did not try. The staff is friendly, welcoming, professionals. Very nice.

I booked the Marriott in for my first trip to Armenia, willing to pay the extra price with the expectation of North American comfort and level of service. I was in for a big disappointment, starting with the reservation line (based in the US). They booked my reservation for 1 person, so when I noticed on the confirmation emai, I called them to correct it to 3 people, in addition to changing the date by one day. Well, they did change the check-in date, but did not adjust the number of people. So upon arrival to Yerevan (after an 18 hour trip), the check-in staff was rude and unaccommodating and insisted that I had to pay a supplement for the 3 people I also did not get the room configuration I initially requested and was told that the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do.

In addition, we had to take 2 flights of stairs (with my elderly mother) to get to the elevator that took us to the room. We only found out after that there was indeed another elevator that could have been taken there (uncooperative check-in staff).

Perhaps it's because my initial impression was not good, but I found the hotel old and not in great condition. The rooms and hallways were quite stuffy.

Needless to say, we stayed there the first night, but the next day, I gladly took my business elsewhere where it would be more appreciated. I found a lovely, newly built Armenian owned boutique hotel that for a cheaper price, which offered a comfortable room AND included breakfast (which wasn't included at the Marriott).

Lesson learned !

One of the best known hotels in armenia. Very clean and fast service. The prices are well studied. I will repeat my visit definitely!

Excellent location in center of Yerevan and next to Republic Square. Plenty of restaurants around it within walking distance. The surrounding is vibrant. Hotel room is a bit dated but clean. Getting to room is not practical with plenty of stairs to climb to get ot the room which is quite a distance. Not so easy for those who are not mobile.

Great location, all the amenities you need. Staff is very attentive. Close to everything, all the action right outside the front door

Other than the tedious carry the luggage in one storey stairs spend comfortable.

Conveniently located in the downtown, this hotel offers the typical Marriott standards: large and comfortable rooms with all amenities, rich breakfast served in a beautiful restaurant, friendly personnel. Highly recommended!

So we'll taken care of here. Highly recommend for anyone visiting from out of country. Lounge is amazing and well staffed.

In the heart of the Place de la Republique. Nothing very charming, internationnal hotel which is nothing local, the terrace bar is very nice but expensive. Beautiful reception rooms for events.

Perfect hotel in the center of the city! If you live in a suite in main building, you can have a breackfast and lunch on a balcony and wath singing fountains.

Great hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds, amazing service and two restaurants. Also has a great concierge lounge for Mariott Gold and above with breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening drinks. Great central location in Republic Square. Staff is amazing and will arrange anything you need.

Great hotel, very nice service and amazing location.

Perfectly located, right on Republic Square, minutes away from the Metro and close to the main sights of the Vernissage. Easy to hail a taxi to the Matenaderan, the Kaskad, or to Tsitsernakaberd. Large rooms, nicely maintained and a gorgeous view of Republic Square. Good restaurants inside and outside, and lovely reception staff. The executive lounge was nice, with a good, hearty breakfast and a good selection of drinks.

Attention attention be really careful from this hotel and it's outdoor meeting point take a picture of the menu it's all scams they give you one menu and when you get the bill it's totally different prices for example when I get my bill the drink was 3700 but the menu was shown it said 2500 cigarette got charged 1900 it's a shame that they do this kind of LOW LIFE mf I advise take your business somewhere else get the word out plz

Top location in Yerevan, clean, spacious room, internet is very good in armenia and exception place in armenia that staff can speak english fluent.

A great hotel in the city center, nice kitchen, friendly staff. Although the foreigners are more willing to serve. Lunch box at the early departure is very weak. Rooms are lovely, spacious, with all conveniences. Half of the rooms overlook the central square, have magnificent views, the other half go out into the courtyard, the view from the window, respectively, do not have.

Beautiful hotel, almost like a palace. Great service and the rooms are simply beautiful. Located in the centre of Yerevan, is a great starting place for everyday roaming in the capital.

Location, location, location! Just opposite the Republican Square. Nightly musical fountain gives a very festive atmosphere for tourists and locals alike.

In these covid time's the hotel is doing its best and doing well.
Been coming here for a few years and is always a welcoming help and smile.
At the moment it has very limited food but before it was a good breakfast buffet.

Busted my knee and tie my suit pants terribly in Georgia the day before arriving and the hotel staff we able to repair my pants perfectly with 24 hours. Thanks!

Beautiful Hotel. Love the service, staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Additionally, location iz in the heart of the city - very easy to reach local sight seeings.

Very beautiful hotel. Loved the facade of the building. Centrally located. Lovely place to walk around. Nice restaurants , ice cream shops benches to sit on n water fountains.

Excellent hotel. We were on a business trip for work and stayed at the hotel for more than a month. Unfortunately, we could not fully enjoy the delicacies of the restaurant. It is closed due to the pandemic. I would especially like to note the hotel staff, very kind and polite people! Special thanks to Sargis, he helped to feel all the hospitality of the Armenian people. Also, many thanks to the driver Gagik (I beg your pardon if you did not write the name correctly), every evening and early in the morning he drove us confidently and safely to work. While not forgetting to tell as a first-class guide, about the places where we passed. I wish all the staff and people of Armenia to find peace.

Location is just great, for family it is one of the few hotels in Yerevan that has connected rooms. Need to request it quite early
The gym is slightly in the small size and it is also a passage for the swimming pool
Overall good service and you cannot beat the location in the center of the town

Great and comfortable hotel, but little bit expensive. There is free Wi-Fi in there too.

This is the central meeting place in Yerevan to see and be seen! Fully refurbished from the old Soviet era Armenia hotel it now compares to the best Martiotts in the world.

A Hotel in the middle of capital and near Sunday shopping market (bazar). Many taxi offering for touring around yervinia a capital.. Very good native people

Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, executive service staff very kind and helpful. The negatives are the poor quality of the wi-fi and the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the front desk staff (they even laughed at the guest's pronunciation).

You can, of course, find fault with the lack of a bathrobe or a small number. However, not in this place. The old man Yerevan himself has kept the children's blush and others has only good-natured mood, and when you go out for breakfast and see the beauty in the window ... Only good reviews!

Superb experiences, and place is in the heart of yerevan

The rooms are large, but a bit scruffy. Nice friendly staff. In the elevator, sometimes it beats with electricity and smells like iron. Excellent delicious breakfasts, and generally good food. The hotel is very well located in the city center.

Despite several visits, I have bad memories of each of them. And that is a bad smell in the room. And this is a broken brush by the toilet. And this is the lack of food in the buffet, whether at breakfast or dinner. The service is most helpful and I have no complaints here.

Great (central ) location in city centre in Republic Square. Friendly staff, most speak good English.

location wise no other hotel can top that, but I was a bit disappointed by the state of the corridors, it would be nice if they made them less gloomy and changed the carpets, in other words the hotel needs a makeover.

Refreshed indoor interior looks more formal but still in harmony with colors and gradients . Nevertheless a redesigned lounge zone is handy and cozy as always! The view from the balcony is awesome! :)

Probably the best hotel to stay in Yerevan , they have a nice club lounge with good variety of food to snacks on in between meals as well as very pleasant service.

Breakfast is not bad
No lunch or dinner resturants at the Hotel only room service.
