The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant is top and the staff attentive. On the other hand you really have to do something against all those onlookers who hang out at the foot of the hotel, the noise is unbearable.

A very Old & stunning architectural building which a view like the Coliseum of Rome...!!! A love place where you can see the whole view of the capital Yerevan, Armenia where the historic places are explored & preserved... A stunning view on the dancing fountain & a same like Big Ben clock of England at the Government building...!!!

We didn't stay there, we just attended a conference, so I cannot speak about rooms and service. But lobby and the bar are just great!! Luxury, high class, beautiful! And location- just in the middle of Republic square!

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Yerevan s Republic Square a quick walk to the Vernissage and all that the city has to offer. The breakfast is incredible, and the staff are exceptionally accommodating. Expect standard Marriott services and prices to match.

Hello. We decided to go to your outdoor pool with a friend. Yesterday (the day before the visit) they called and found out the conditions, we were told that you can buy a subscription for a week and come any day. Today the sutra gathered, in a wonderful mood, with anticipation to lie down and sunbathe. We went to your hotel and went to the reception, smiled normally, wanted to buy a subscription, the girl who is at your reception is just the height of unfriendliness and rudeness. Nakhamila, very rudely said that there were no places, we tried to explain that they called and did not warn us, she rudely made it clear that she didn t care what they told us on the phone. A friend politely asked to show us the pool - as it was just interesting to look in, see how everything was arranged there, to understand whether it was worth returning here, what this Madmoiselle with round eyes, as if we asked for something unknown, began to say, how to show it? at that moment one of your staff came up and very kindly offered to show you the pool. He showed us everything, seeing that we were a little upset by the inappropriate behavior of your employee, he offered to stay in the pool for a while (by the way, the pool was almost empty at that time), we thanked him and of course stayed. After 2 hours we went downstairs, approached the same girl in order to purchase a subscription for a week - and she, in response to our question, was surprised and rudely said how? You were still here ???????? " ... we answered her, and then said that, despite her rudeness, we still want a subscription. And then a stream of incomprehensible information came out of her - first from the 26th you can buy from, then she cannot say when it will be possible to smoke a subscription, then she began to say that it is she who decides who goes to the pool, who does not. We told her that she is very rude and unfriendly, and it would be nice to lower the tone, to which she stated that she understands what we are talking about, but she does not care.
By the way, there was an acquaintance of ours in your locker room, who also complained about your management. As a result, this lady ruined our day, rest. Such an attitude towards hotel guests is simply unacceptable. With this pandemic, all establishments in the city strive to make people's rest comfortable and elementary pleasant. Thank you Marriott !!!!! How can such an attitude be allowed, we will not advise anyone on your pool precisely because of the rudeness of this girl, and no matter how hard that young man tried to correct the situation, the girl at the reception was impenetrably rude !!!!!!!!!! Sheer disappointment !!

I would like to share my extra ordinary experience at the restaurent of mariot hotel ..the Cucina italian restaurant ...being from the diaspora i have beem to several restaurants im yerevan ..but i can say that the Cucina is one of the best ...if not THE best ....food was great ..place was lovely ...and most important is the stuff ..they were realy on a professional level ...the smile the attention the help to order what mostly deliciouse ...and i would like to thank the management for that ...and specialy would like to thank our server ..Ms Mariana Malakyan ....for her lovely smile and her patience with us and the professional level she showed ...

Super service! All of your needs are taken care of and the staff ensures that your stay in Yerevan is a good one. Great breakfast offerings, relaxing executive lounge. Multiple little nooks and bar area if you need a side meeting or conversation, very quiet rooms to rest in.

The hotel is located in the city center, a very beautiful building of pink tuff, the rooms are comfortable. Very polite staff, delicious food, near a lot of interesting things for tourists. Museums, restaurants, cafes, shops.

Great welcome and assistance however the ACs don't work properly. The stairs you have to climb to the new building is a daily hassle. Room service is great and a clean environment

Hotel is partially renovated, so I recommend you to book the room directly with hotel to get renovated room, if you care about modern interior. Anyway even not renovated rooms are very cozy and nice.

The worst Marriott Hotel in the world.Unpolite stuff,They do not recognise that they are working under Marriott brand.They don't recognise purchasing from Marriott chain and they charged me twice terrible noisy apartments.

Perfect location for exploring Yerevan's historic center. Staff goes out of their way to make guests welcome and the new wing of the hotel features spacious and modern guest rooms. Only complaint was food-- both room service and the concierge lounge left a lot to be desired. Glad there are plenty of dining options available close by!

I did not like and Takayev is moderate and expensive over the room, and the size of the rooms is small and very expensive

luxury hotel, but the atmosphere is more relaxed than in other hotels of the same category. really excellent breakfast, rich and products. Overall a bit old fashioned, but in an excellent position. Not far from two of the best restaurants in Yerevan.

Very "worn" rooms. Soviet converted version. Sagging mattresses. Scratched walls, curtains in the blood from cuts previous occupants. View - to the dump. Bad insulation. Gray towels. At the entrance did not work TV. They took the old one, brought another dusty in an hour. In the minibar half is not declared. Prepare delicious! But for a long time. In the rooms - disgusting.

Located at the Square in Yerevan. A place you must visit if you are there. Marriott has a nice bar on the street where you can get some draft local beers with some small bites. Some of the few places where the staff speaks good English.

Luxury hotel, in the central square of Yerevan. Elegant and with an international area. Place also suitable for meetings of foreign managers with local entrepreneurs.

Great location, hotel is in the middle of much needed renovations on the 4th floor right now. It's a bit dated, but you couldn't ask for friendlier staff or a better location. The water fountain show (similar to Bellagio in Vegas) goes from 2000-2200.

Best Location Best Hotel to stay in Yerevan, Armenia

One of the best hotels I stayed! The place is grand, spacious and the staff are really friendly and genuine. The breakfast restaurant in my opinion doesn't hold up to the rest of the hotel but overall, it serves what you need. The roods are grand and spacious. The pope stopped here on his most recent visit to Armenia and that's a good sign. The location is great, right in the heart of downtown. I was there when the pool and gym was taking shape so couldn't get to use any of those (LOL)

Fabulous staff and very attentive to your every need. If you are traveling through Yerevan, this is a great spot to catch beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Centered in the heart of town, rooms are a little dated but well cared for and the staff will get you anything you need. Easy walking to great cuisine, fountain, and the shops.

Spent 4 nights here. A good place. The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan. In a beautiful building made of pink stone, somewhat reminiscent of a medieval palace. First impression - oh, how small, 3-story, deceiving - the hotel has two lines. The main residential complex is located through a covered walkway. And between them in the courtyard is an outdoor pool and sun loungers.

Liked the breakfasts at a local restaurant on the 2nd floor. An excellent combination of European cuisine with elements of traditional Armenian. Be sure to try the local juices - apricot and pomegranate. They are fantastic here!

You can have lunch and dinner in the city - there are many different restaurants to choose from within walking distance. And in the evening I recommend to sit over coffee or tea in the open area of the hotel restaurant, watching the life of nightlife in Yerevan and the singing fountains.

The rooms are spacious. There are interconnecting family rooms. Well-trained staff - both at the reception and in the restaurant - Marriott has a fairly high standard, you always expect good quality, and you always get it.

From the airport to the hotel by taxi, the journey takes up to 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Great hotel, good service, location - nothing can be better!

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Staff is least interested in making the overseas guests comfortable, rude and not well spoken . Having fever not being considered given a room early inspite of inventory was really pathetic. No manager to attend to any of these complaints. I would instead stay at a hostel than spending my fortune on a Third grade least serviced property like this.

Great service all speak good English and there to help anyway they can. Food is fantastic and hotel is in such a beautiful spot makes it even better. Heart of Armenia and Yerevan.
