Trump Marina Hotel & Casino Review

Had a great time. The Cart House restaurant was very good with really nice views. Our favorite game was the spin yourself Big Money Wheel.

like the location much better then the Boardwalk area , marina area is very picture rest, views of the marina boats and beachs of brignantine and away from the hustle and bustle of the boadwalk, rooms are well appointed but Lobby area could use some updating, Pool area and activity area very relaxing with great views and upbeat music playing,service was for the most part very good, Happy workers make for a happy stay

This place is the absolute worse in playback odds, customer service, promotions, and room accommodations. Every Friday and Saturday night wreaks of vomit and weed throughout the halls, their player club is misleading, and their night staff has white stuff up their nose. This place needs to be spiritually cleansed, and so do I after staying here.

Love the music and dancing at the deck and the rush lounge. All the restaurants are wonderful as well.

Everything was great. The people were pleasant and there were no problems.

Pleasantly surprised, though it looks big on the outside it felt smaller on the inside. Decor is pretty much up to date. Draws a pretty young party going crowd with the usual creepers but overall one of the top three casinos in AC

Dated but overall nice. Drink lady took forever to come when it wasn't even busy.

Ate at 1 of the restaurants and da food was excellent

We stay here alot and love it. Every Employee looks happy and are very accommodating.

My nieces came for a visit so I hung out with them for a bit. I don't gamble so I jumped seats until we left. Always cool with family.

I love the Golden Nugget. Good food fun and love the machines. 5 stars.

I like the golden nugget but I don't understand what is happening with my money.

If i could give a zero rating I would. I felt myself being followed by security from across the casino floor but I continued to head towards the hotel part of the casino. I've had my dog with since check in(Sunday), it wasn't until 12/25 when I went to go take her out for a walk and returned that I was stopped from going upstairs to my room. I was told I would have to check in to front desk to registered my dog. Mind you it's 5:30 in the morning. When i was waiting at the front desk, first one lady came i told her that i was sent here to register my dog. Then she stated " hold on" then a man came out. And ask me if if my dog was a service dog. And I stated she was not. And he said that I couldn't have her there. So I asked if I could get my things from my room and he stated that he could not allow me and the dog upstairs. I am lucky that I was visiting family and I was able to have someone pick up my dog. It makes me wonder how they would've treated a true out of town guest. And then as i returned to my room the security guard didn't even look at me and just let me pass. As if i was bothering him!! I understand that my dog is not a service dog ang like the front desk man stated "Golden Nugget is not pet friendly" what I don't understand is how I passed security guards, front desk staff, valet with my dog for almost 3 days and had never been questioned until Christmas morning at 5:30am, I don't know if employees are bitter that they have to work on the Holiday season but don't take it out on your guest. I'm checking out early because after being followed by security, stopped at the security post,and forced to wait in the lobby to have my dog picked up. The last thing I'm feeling like is a guest.

Of all the hotels & casinos in Atlantic City I prefer the Golden Nugget formerly the Trump Marina because the atmosphere is fun & festive, the floor is easy, the slots are alwsys hot with good payouts and there's always an excited winner on the table games. All the other hotel casinos are too "flashy" for me.

Every room has some sort of an amazing view, are most spacious, clean & cozy. All staff members are polite yet professional from check-in to check-out. The many restaurants offer a variety of delicious cuisines.

During the warm months they have the lounge called The Deck with cool live bands where before 2020's COVID breakout, you could dance under the stars. For the gentlemen, and some ladies, there's the live online casino with the hottest and most tempting dealers.

Really smoky......way more smoky than other AC casinos.

A fun atmosphere with food and drinks available at all hours it seems. I see new games every time and can always find a familiar one for fun that fits my budget.

You just gotta save money you wanna lose like $200 never go expecting to get Rich never play with the rent n electric n food n drink n spending money you need you will always leave empty handed be smart feed the seagulls on the down low ! Beef Hotdogs n they will give you a big casino hit

PROS: This was a nice looking hotel! It was spacious, looked fancy, and had a great casino floor! They had restaurants, bars, a spa, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor pool, you name it! The staff was really nice and there was a lot of parking in their garage!

CONS: The one thing I didn't like about the place is that it charged you for the gym and the pool. The first hotel to ever do that... I ended up using the hot tub outside in 40-degree temps

OVERALL: Being that it's similar to the Borgota, Next time when I stay in AC I'll be checking into this place

It was ok, nothing great. The Slot machines weren't paying out. I guess they are still trying to recover from when they were closed.
I ate a place called Bill's Bar & Burger, it was simply FABULOUS & Delicious.
Over all, even with having a great Burger place, I still prefer Resorts.

Seemed nicer than the actual boardwalk Casinos and offers free parking. Went on a Wednesday night expecting a $5 craps table as advertised but it was closed...only had $10 available and only a few people were playing. Never understand this...why not open a $5 table and generate more play?

I went for a convention, my room was very nice, the staff was very helpful in helping me when I needed help the security at the elevator lobby always had a smile for us, there is a lot of different restaurant to choose from all depends on what you want to eat, there is a Spa also a pool if you just want to relax, overall I had a great stay.

Atlantic City is certainly not the place you want to spend your money to vacation at. The ambiance is dead and boring and even inside the casinos there is no people. I believe this hotel is overpriced, not well-kept, and old and it was not the best experience staying there. The city is dirty altogether which leaves no room for great views the beach isn t nice and the water is freezing no matter what time you go.

That stale cigarette smell will make your head spin. I'm sure this is common in all casinos, but it is painful. My wife and I did enjoy ourselves on the whole, however. We would probably go again.

The Wave venue is in a somewhat disconnected location, but there are signs and plenty of staff to get you there. Its an awesome place. Great acoustics. Two bars. The stage can be seen from any seat. Attentive bar staff. Would love to come back.

Vic and Anthony's was awesome but the casino needs a major upgrade

Waitress was rude wasn't enough air when the smoking area the guy cleaning around around the machines is rude

I always enjoyed coming to the golden nugget it brings me Joy and the surrounding of the atmosphere are on point I want to come again and again relax at the hotel

Buffet the supervisor and manager there to bossy to guess and employee's and they do that after this year i don't think I'll be back maybe just for bingo

Multiple choices on food venues from informal and family friendly to 5 star menues. Rooms are spacious and accommodating. Casino is adequate but caters to smokers. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice place small Casino we had dinner at a place called Chart House the food was not bad at all but the hostess and the manager were not super friendly so if you ever go to the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City and you don't mind people who are slightly rude I would suggest meeting here but Steakhouse is a lot better in the same Hotel

Went to the casino here on a Friday night while staying at Harrah's to meet some co-workers. The floor was so full of smoke I couldn't breath. Hence I couldn't enjoy playing here. They need better ventilation.

Nice Hotel and Casino, didn't gamble here because Golden Nugget is not part of Total Rewards

While the garage is still dumpy, this place really improved from Trump Marina. I was here for an event so I didn't gamble. You can't even tell the gambling floor was once the Marina floor. Top notch dining here.

Gator with the heater every Tuesday night that's the place to be

Unexpectedly beautifully decorated room with very comfortable king bed overlooking outdoor pool. Only stayed one night but will be back. Ate breakgast at the buffet which was decent. Casino was a little smoky for my liking but enjoyed the hotel otherwise

Absolutely phenomenal place to have fun. The buffet was excellent.

Just stopped in at the buffet, meat was chewy and tough. Shrimp was mushy and I ended up feeling very nauseous and couldn't eat any more. Won't be going back.

The room wasn't completely cleaned by housekeeping upon our check in. I noticed a toothpick laying in the chair left behind by the previous guest. This told me that they didn't bother cleaning down the chairs or tables in the room.

They don't supply a sufficient amount of toiletries for two people. Only one soap for the bath and one soap for the basin. One set of mini hair products and we were staying for two days. The blankets were not long enough to pull up to our neck for comfort.

However, they do give you an abundance of towels, face cloths, and wash cloths. The heating and air conditioner worked well.

This has been by far the worst casino we have ever stayed. The check in area needs more than two people. then the staff was rude to say that in the nicest way. We held a conference here, they had to fix the a/c for our rooms in which we hosted our meetings. We made a reservation via phone and they set it for a closed restaurant then inform us that we could not make reservations via phone.....ended up at Vic and Anthony's we understand with big party's it takes longer but the services needs work with their etiquette and pace. I will say that the food was redeeming quality for the place.
