This place is GREAT!!! ATMOSPHERE is really cheerful and bright!!!!! All the rock guitars, car, dresses that were from all the rock stars, etc. Was really worth seeing!!!! Food w as s great too!!!

Great experience, the staff was extremely accommodating and timely with requests. They have a review band singing live music every night, the performances left a bit to be desired but was extremely fun nonetheless. it was very packed that weekend but it was not a big problem as the staff were flexible and showed proficiency in handling any problems presented.
The Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City had a wonderful atmosphere and great food. It was lot's of fun looking at all the classic memorabilia. We had a nice waitress who went out of her way to get us a souvenir glass with our drink. I would definitely go back to this or any other Hard Rock.
We went to see uncle kracker and the venue was so nice and clean. We played the machines after and it smelled clean and not like smoke!
Get IPA that the bars on tap and Hard Rock would be a 5 star experience to me.
Its a good location right in front of the pier. The rooms are beautiful and the employees are respectful, courteous, helpful and friendly.
The pools was underwhelming... the rooms just so so. The best feature was the glass staircase.
Excellent casino with a simple enough layout. Drinks are free if you're gambling.
I really had high expectations because it's new and the reviews I read raved about it. But while getting my card the staff at the desk were rude. I wasn't told about my free play. Then when I had trouble with the card the girl at the desk rolled her eyes at me and told me to go find an employee in a "red shirt" to help me. Like really.
The slot machines are ok.
Need better signs to help direct people. Otherwise it was ok.

It was okay, stuff didn t communicate at the time of check-in we waiting for 2hours to get in the room after calling 20 times. Food in entire place is averaged.
The gambling floor was quieter than other casino's and there was alot of no smoking areas which was nice!

Hard Rock Hotel was a very pleasant place with alot options to please my whole squad with the sixth string! I felt very enthralled with the festivities that took place including the booze, women, gambling, and night life. Im feeling an itch to go back already.

Love the atmosphere. Sugar factory is a favorite eatery but really enjoy all the restaurants. Love the live music in the bar. Always great concerts and shows happening. Really love the fresh harvest buffet although they should really change things up monthly, the food is pretty good. Love the giveaways
Beautiful hotel, state of the art! My wife and I came down here to see Motor City Live which is similar to Motown the Musical fantastic show I recommend this show for anyone - only last to December 9th, hurry!!
This is my first time here ,when you stay here they have the nice senic view to the ocean,about the service is very nice , i got a comfortable room with a comfy bed , and this hotel is really big , they have many restaurant and service here , it takes all day to find it out, they have many restaurant and good food here you don t have to go outside to looking for the food, i really love it .

Loved it won all my money back food was great but had a lil issue with my dinner and the chef himself came out and apologized and took care my dinner and even offered shrimp they have great staff there

While I am grateful for the letter, I am quite disappointed in the fact that 1) it took 5 months to alert me of this; 2) the number that they instructed me to call is not answered during their published hours of operation. Just visited to take a look at the new casino. There is an art gallery in the casino with some great work in it by rock artists. Definitely will be back!

I've never really enjoyed the Taj. I was a new member and all I got was an entry into a giveaway when other casinos give u a gift or free slot play or even match play they didn't give me anything very disappointing. I've also never won anything he there I've always lost and this visit was the same as any other. Next time I will listen to my instincts and play somewhere else.
Employees are on strike so the cleaning maybe is not that good, and the service either. I wouldn't spend my money on business that do not give any benefit to their employees.

The parking garage, while big does not accommodate pickups very well. Very low ceilings and only one exit for lager cars
Friendly bartenders and staff. Highly recommend grabbing a drink at the lounge bar and enjoying some music. Many graet choices to choose for dinner. Give council oak fish a try. Ask for waitress Cynthia because she is amazing and will provide you the best service and will may your trip memorable.
It was refreshing to see the former Taj Mahal open again and not just sitting vacant. I only visited for a day trip, but plan to return next time I'm in the area.

Came for the Fourth of July weekend, nothing was open because the billionaire owner can't treat his employees right. There was a huge strike, and all the employees left! I PROMISE I will not come back until the owner gives his employees what they deserve. I pray you guys get your health benefits, and the stuff you deserve!
Due to the fact that it's new. . parking was terrible and we waited so long to enter the parking garage that we ended up having to valet park. Was impressed walking into the casino. Lots of cool stuff to look at. We had a bad experience at the loyalty lounge. The chicken on the buffet was raw and as we were eating the waitress leaned OVER US at a small round table to pick up our discarded plates. Besides the meal... it was a nice experience.
It is really worth visiting, despite the casino being the usual place or hotel, it has its charm for the history of music. Finds include the Elvis cadilac, Michel Jackson's glove and clothes and many other international music greats

Wow, I am impressed with how well this renovation was done! It looks nothing like the tired old sad Taj did at the end. All new machines and a bright, lively environment. Also good players card match program. This will not overtake Borgata for me as my main casino, but I think it will be my number 2 choice over Harrah's and Nugget.
Pretty interiors, but about as loud and garish as you'd expect from a casino. Free drinks if you sign up for their loyalty card is a definite perk

I love this place this is probably the best casino on the boardwalk. This was my first time at Atlantic city Hard Rock . I love the lights it's so beautiful and it was very clean with everything that is going on. This was the only place that gave me a fighting chance to win a little still tight machine. There machine are the most updated which I love. The only thing is I really don't understand why the .25cent machine doesn't pay I seen people struggling. I won off a machine called black diamond . I play from
.25 cent to highr denomination like $9 , $27 a spin and don't get anything. Overall had a blast the only downside to this there is no drinking inside the casino . I from FL and we can drink all night long in casino l.
Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom. Very clean! The bed wasn't as comfortable as it probably should have been. Nice casino, clean and modern.

Hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. Our room was not ready until 5:00 p.m. Our room was below average. It and the bathroom were not very clean. Poor quality tv. Just had a dirty cheap feeling.
The casino was nice. But if you want a nice room, especially for the steep price, look elsewhere.

I called a day early to ask if I could check-in over the phone. I was informed that wasn t possible. I then inquired about early check-in to which I was told if a room is available, I d get it at no extra charge. That s cool but what would ve been cooler is to know that I could also check in early b/c I left my luggage w/ the bell hop that morning. I returned from a conference only to wait in an extremely long line, only to be informed that the room I reserved wasn t available. My organization booked rooms for the conference and I had made my room reservation months in advance.
That evening, I went to the cafe to eat but decided to leave b/c two people attending to 15 people resulted in waiting too long just to put in an order. I even called ahead to ask if takeout was available and was told I d have to retrieve it there, no problem. I head down there only to be told the info. wasn t legit. I then go to the buffet and the waiter ignores me for most of the evening only to attend to couples & the big groups. Forfeit decent service all I m the name of a tip. I mentioned the rude service to management three times during the meal. The busboy graciously got my drink and management provided extra napkins I requested. Only when his section was deserted did he acknowledge my existence. His excuse? He was too busy. I overheard how excited he was to get his $25 to the other waiter. All that was offered as recompense from head management is that they d speak to him. Weak.
Oh, yeah there s no complimentary bottled water offered in the rooms. Also didn t realize there s not a single water fountain in the building. Awesome.
It's a beautiful property newly renovated and located right next to broad walk and the steel pier. The atmosphere inside is high energy with rock music and many momentos from music artists at display. It has many coffee shops and restaurants to choose from and have a good food options. The staff particularly is very helpful and friendly

Room was excellent (was given an upgrade). Very clean and a nice 12pm check-out time, versus 11 at other hotels. However, only 2 elevators were working and we waited about 5-8 mins every time we had to go down.
