Trump Casino and Hotel Review

Casino floor is super nice, but it has been insanely crowded so takes forever to get a drink. They have all brand new slot machines which is nice, but if you have old favorites you will not find them. I got the upgraded players card with the tier match from Caesars, but earning points there is tough. It doesn't give you a tier countdown like at Caesar's, I played for hours and only earned 12 points so no chance will I earn the upgraded card for next year. The buffet was ok (I had 2 comped) but would not be worth the wait or price if you had to pay. Food was pretty good but limited selection for a buffet, and long lines for food since they serve you most of it and terrible design in general. Our waiter was also awful, took forever to get drinks.

Would never chose to go here, wouldn't give money to that man.

We loved our time in the casino! The vibe on the floor was electric and given our mid week visit there were a lot of people there.

Fun great place for entertainment and great bands. Lots of eateries.

This place is horrible. They gave a promotion to the Alvarez fight and sold the card members tickets to make a buck. How can you reserve complimentary tickets for your card members and sell them? They should be ashamed of themselves.

Really nice looking hotel, but way understaffed, and somewhat dirty. Carpet in the casino was very dirty.

Great renovation! Everything was very nice and clean. Fun slots and good restaurants.

Room was clean, hotel staff was friendly. Stayed in the south tower and we had a few people in the room. We had read that they only let people into the elevators if each person had a key but that wasn't the case. We were able to bring a group up to the room to hang out and kill time before dinner. Had a good stay, but nothing was overly incredible. Would go back again.

stayed here 2 times , security are nasty and very unprofessional, buffet has great food but they didn't mark the food with shellfish in it , they just opened but have a lot of kinks to work out

Wish I could ZERO stars - we Checkin at 4 and still have to wait 2 hours to get to our room

My family went there when the Fertitta brothers and Dana White took over the UFC. Since then, we have been allegiant guests to the hotel. It's indescribably awesome

We decided to book a room for a few days in Hard Rock AC during the kids spring break after a long time not visiting AC. I was hoping for a great experience. But by far this place is by far the worst experience ever. We arrived at 4pm for the check in and its about 10pm rite now and still we are still waiting for a room. We made our reservations two weeks ago. The management keep advising us to wait for 30 minutes. This is so frustrating. I dont not recommend booking at this place and the whole AC at all. I will spend my money somewhere else and you should too.

Never stayed here. We visited on a trip and did some gambling. The gambling areas were full of people having fun.. and we ourselves enjoyed playing. Was a nice building... too bad it's closed.

After hearing a lot of bad reviews about the area, we were pleasantly surprised. Vefy nice and clean. If we are in the area, we will be back again.

Had my 30th birthday dinner here before heading to a club and it was so much fun. The food was great and the atmosphere was very exciting.

Spent the evening at the cafe and then the casino after! Service was wonderful and I enjoyed my time visiting this property.

Parking at the Taj Mahal had me a little bit worried. The self park looks really messy and dirty. Thankfully in side to Casino Hotel everything was much cleaner and looked in place. The buffet in a couple other dining options were closed, but we still had plenty of choices for dinner. The room was comfortable and for the most part clean aside from some dusty lamps.

I think this is one of the most opulent places I've stayed. Very welcoming as you enter, and lavishly decorated inside the casino as well.

I went to the Hard Rock Hotel to play the slot machine. Floor was clean had a lot of cute music paraphernalia altogether positive experience

Bright, great, cordial associates, great machines. Will revisit soon.

Good views, live bands, dancing, food and gambling.

Gorgeous property. Nice sized rooms ... HUGE casino ... lots of bars and cool rock n roll memorabilia all over the property

I thought the casino was very clean, and had a great atmosphere. The bar seemed very busy and everyone was having a good time. I'm definitely considering a stay there.

It stunk like cigarette smoke and staff was less than helpful.

Awesome hotel and friendly staff. If you have problem just tell them, the staff is wonderful. Hotel is fabulous.

Got very sick eating at the Harvest Buffet !!!
Threw up the food all night long with diarrhea !!
The next day Manager Teerek did nothing for me either to !
Teereek told me to filled out the application calmplaint form for Risk Management !!
Risk Management was never told
It's been 3 weeks ago and nobody has call me back !

Super clean and felt so modern we loved our food was perfect even cocktails was good a little expensive cocktails

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! loved the restaurant candy too, will be back for sure. The room was clean, friendly staff, fun times and we even won some money.

Such a beautiful casino. Hands down the nicest in AC right now.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We had a late check in Saturday, so if you've stayed there before you know their prices go up around 300$ more Friday and Saturday than during the week. We arrived around 11pm and when we got to the front desk the grand suites smoking floors were all booked, (it being 11pm and knowing that I called and made the reservations and specifically asked if they had smoking rooms, well you can imagine I wasn't happy) but before I could even say much anything the she tells me hold on let me talk to my manager. 2 minutes later shes back and shes telling us they upgraded us to a chairman waterfront room (smoking). I think we all thanked her 10x each, we all knew it was a mistake on the hotels part but I think we were all expecting a manager to come over and tell us we'll get a room closer to the the Casio or something. I think we all were preparing for an argumenta mm so i am forever thankful for that wonderful women thankful and I wiwondeecsh I could remember her name

The suite we stayed was nice and spacious but the decor was extremely dated.

Fun casino to gamble in. I had a lot of luck and enjoyed the wild rockin' vibe.

Great atmosphere but the tables a started at $15. I like to start at a $5 table and work my way up if luck is on my side or if I don't have a ton to donate to the city. All and all a great time all the same. The memorabilia is fascinating and weird all at the same time.

Great atmosphere but the drinks in the casino floor was awful...i ordered a long island ice tea and got nothing but water not a bit of alcohol or color

Accommodations were clean, roomy, and available on time; however, the rest of the hotel could be described as "mediocre" or aging. The hotel felt dull and empty despite being a holiday weekend.

unfortunately they are closing this location soon, loved to visit the place again

The casino (only part we were in for the day, except for the shopping area) was fantastic. It was clean, we'll maintained and we'll designed. The staff was very friendly but very professional.

This trip I'm currently on has been the worst experience I've ever had. Casino doesn't know how to treat there guest. Upon checking in at 5pm and getting my room keys to walk in my room to find out it's still getting cleaned while the maids are just hanging out on the couch just chatting around room still a mess. Then hard rock had to change my room to a less desirable. Upon switching rooms they forgot to tell bell hop my room was switched and took 3 hrs to recieve my luggage not to mention I had my 7 year old with me. Okay still not done, it's currently Easter Sunday and my friends near by was having a get together/dinner at there house and was fashionably late. long story longer I get back at 2AM to my room at the hard rock and my room keys are not working. Had to leave my wife and sleeping kid in the hallway of the hotel rooms to go downstairs so they could fix the room keys. All of this on my first trip ever here and I could say I will never return to hard rock ever again

We had a room with a great view of the pier.
Mixture of updated decor and and some things freshen up from old casino.
The music memorabilia is great.

When to Hard Rock on 8 / 6 for the frist time it was horrible service they charge for a early check went totthe front desk 3 times and it was ready but I didn't get my till after 5 pm wouldn't come back paid elary check in what a scam

CLOSED DOWN Love the cust.serv. there,rooms always tip top shape,resturaunts could use to stay open a lil later during the week thou...go is the only 24/7 spot and quite pricey for soup subs,salads,muffins etc.

Stayed there to enjoy a morning at the pool. No where on their site did it say the pool was not yet opened. So disappointed. They said they were sorry.
Parking garage is a trip. They have garages on different sides of the casino and get this they are colored coded the same. So good luck with that. Nice room.
