Burgers are overrated but service was excellent, and after my 25th Sam show, the band and I drank for free which is quite rare of music venues to kick in food and drinks gratis. Chicken wings are excellent too.
Great restaurants, beautiful casino, love the atmosphere.
The wrokers are at strike. The bathroom stinks. Even the hallways around bathroom stinks like you are inside garbage bins.

We had a weird time with one of the machines, which wouldn't let us cash out. The Sugar Factory advertises a burger (Tuscany) that isn't even on their menu. I asked the hostess if it was available and she said other locations have different menus.
Room was beautiful and staff was beyond friendly! Even waiting for valet, our car was taking a few long moments and we were wondering why. Staff came out and informed us that one of our tires were flat and they wanted consent to put air in our tire so we would get home safely. Just shows you how much Hard Rock cares about their guests!
It was my first time going and I absolutely loved it. I did 4 stars cause I didn't have time for the rides but overall I'd give it 5 stars.

Out for dinner and a show at the fresh harvest in Atlantic City at the Hardrock Casino it s a buffet and I d have to say the food is good I usually don t eat buffet but I m impressed
I will return again The show was awesome it s called dancing with the 80s we were the first to see it premiere and this group of men and women were tremendous it was a great music selection and the performance was just outstanding.
Waited the. Hourand half for a drink ordered by 2 waitress that nevered showed up. Wait too long to cash out tickets. Too hot too long to get cards. This place was not ready to open. I will never go there again. Sorry I'll stick to regular places. Tropicana and Brogata...... Sorry
This place was a dump, it is in such disrepair I was amazed it's still open. Striking union workers should be given a contract. Until that happens I won't be back.
I've been a tampa hard rock patron for years and not same owners as AC, Taj staff and promotions were so much better. HR has guaranteed us gifts we've reserved and EVERY TIME, 4X'S SOLD OUT AND GAVE SLOT PLAY
I'm reading many negative reviews about this hotel, but I honestly don't have anything bad to say. We stayed on a Friday night, and even though they did lose my reservation, the manager on duty was able to help me resolve the issue when we went to check out the next morning and charged me for the price that I reserved for online. The room was spacious and clean. I'd stay here again!
The place is awesome with pieces of historical items on display. Enjoyed the table games, my favorite. Plenty of slots but the payout you have to work out on the machines to get that. The eateries are awesome too. They even had a Walburgers, and there burgers were worth every bite. My next visit will be to for a few nights so I'm not sure how the rooms are yet. This place is worth visiting!
It was our first time being back here since it reopened as the Hard Rock. We mostly just walked through to check everything out, but we are very excited about all the food options.
HRC is the newly renovated casino in Atlantic City and having great ambient. Amazing promotional offers as well quality food available until late night!!!

I didnt win anything after putting $500 in the slot machines but the environment is really nice and clean! I'll be going back if not for anything it will be for the food and envirnment.

It's a nice hotel, no so good to play, but to stay. I wish there would be an option to wash legs after the beach. Everything was descent. Get a parking paper first or you will spend 10$ for free parking, if you stay in hotel. Water downstairs costed me 6$. If hungry, this small pizza is the best option. 12$ or so
Great casino hotel for AC renovated rooms, if you are a player you will get room comped easy. Rooms are nice. Casino is huge. Good selection od shows, music, dining etc. Cant beat it for AC and the east coast.
Nice modern casino. Music memorabilia is always a nice touch. The casino is one of the more lively casinos that I visited.

It is a bit to over the top . Can t figure out all the in s and outs yet. Machines are all mixed up ? But had the greatest time at the L Bar! Bands all night ! It s big and open and the waitresses are one of the best !! But they don t pay out !!! Talk to people and no one was even winning back or even getting rewards as much as other places ? They seem to cater high rollers !!! But the energy at LBar is awesome
We had a great time! The check in was quick, even though the like was long, three was 9 very pleasant people doing check ins. We were greeted by the aroma of pot when we stepped off the elevator on our way to the room. The room was clean and spacious. The casino was clean and well lit, not run down like some of the others have become. Drink orders were quickly received. There's plenty of dining options, all of which are excellent. The only problem we had was the people in the room next to us. A bunch of guys, on Valentine's day, seemed to be having a party, loud music, slamming doors, and it singed like they were wrestling. We couldn't get to sleep at 1am so we called the front desk, and again at 330am. They were back at it again at 6am. I guess it's easy to see why they were without women on V.D. lol. All in all we had a great time and will be back.
Well we went back again. The casino is great. The hotel rooms are nice. The police were on our floor 3 times in an hour. The guy in the room next to us was talking loud enough so we could hear every work he said on his speaker phone conversation, we also heard everything the other person said. Add in another woman running in the hall screaming, repeatedly, caused us to check out at 11pm. We won't stay there again, even if the room is free.
Very nice casino, big inside, alot of slot machines. Friendly staff. Ordering system for drinks is terrible waited over 20 minutes for a bottle of water that never came.
My wife and I stayed overnight with the valentines get away deal. The Hard Rock Hotel made us feel like we were at our home away from home! Our package included two buffet dinners, 2 comedy show tickets and an upgrade to an oceanside room!!! I also received a $15 play credit for signing up for a players club card.
The pool was also amazing for the winter getaway.
Rooms were nice, and so was the convenient food services and choices, but the Check-In/Check-Out process was an absolute nightmare. It is done by hotel personnel- it's by people, not computers or machines-which is a big drag because at Check-In time the line wrapped around the hotel. Ballys is outdated but they have online Check-In/Check-Out via email and machines, so it was so quick and easy and we didn't have to wait at all. We also went to Hard Rock Hotel for a concert. Cool that there is a venue there, but the venue was awful. And most attendees were fall-down drunk. Finally, the location of the hotel is not as convenient as other hotels. We were constantly walking over towards Ballys to go to places or things. However the Casino at this hotel is more modern. For those reasons above, we would not return here if we went back to AC.
Visit to the casino was well worth, especially for the reason of having many food options inside it. I didn't get to attend, but there are events happening inside the casino as well. Good luck!

1st time here. Haven't been in a casino in years. The thrill of the lights and sounds is always interesting. Slightly exciting. The amount of people not so much. But its probably always crowded. Went to see Kevin Hart so it was worth it.

A lot of hype since its the new casino along with Ocean, but I still rate Tropicana as the best one the boardwalk, beautiful shopping area, best food CARMINES!!! hard rock is nice yes, but not as amazing as I thought it would be

I love this hotel. It is a perfect place for the entire family. My wife and I danced our butts off at DAER nightclub. My family hung out at the beach during the day, went to the huge pool afterwards, and then enjoyed the steel pier amusement park at night. This hotel has so many places to eat at and it is close to every outside restaurant and shop. There is a great comedy club in the building and the casino floor is huge. The room was better than described. I will definitely stay here again.
The hard rock hotel was amazing.. the staff was friendly & available. We had our son down for the night to go on the boardwalk & have a good time

The service was okay, but this establishment appeared to be understaffed. That should be addressed, as people can tell the difference. The rooms were pleasant, and clean. It wasn't a *wow* experience. It was just "okay".
With it being a new casino it wasn't very crowded and there were plenty of machine to choose from. The rooms were very nice and the location on the boardwalk is great. Everyone that worked were very helpful and friendly.
Great view from the higher floors in the newer building. Rooms were kind of old fashioned, furniture-wise but fairly clean and tidy. Restaurants have crazy schedules, so check before you venture out. The trek from the self-parking garage to the lobby is a long one, and the garage is super old! Check in is usually crazy (isn't everywhere....) but the people are friendly and courteous.
Food was good, slow service at restaurant but probably due to concert that night
Stayed in room 3512 of the south tower and found it to be quite noisy due to the nearby elevator which was easily heard and its vibrations felt. Room was clean and nice. Lack of parking garage signage did not help me get to the hotel.
This place is awesome they treated my family and I very well they were very friendly and asked me if I needed anything everytime they so me in the hallway of the hotel the staff was great I will be going back soon
Very good customer service. Very comfortable rooms, 100% clean. My stay was very pleasant. The only thing I did not like is that smoking is allowed in the casino so you want or you will not have to lead with a little cigarette smell.

Went to Hard Rock on Tuesday the 5th of March and stayed over night . Hit two thousand dollar jackpots as well as won $ 1500 hundred free play on a event they were having . The people working at this place treat you with respect and the Buffet in which was my ist time their for dinner was better than any other in Atlantic City,second to none.. Well to top off the trip i found out that i can use my comp funds to obtain gas and service at the Hard Rock service station, it was so cool to use comp funds to purchase gas, Keep up the good work Hard Rock and it will pay off for you soon .just keep do what your doing and maybe the other casino,s will get the hint in your leadership in Atlantic City/simply put AWSOME

Great environment, my room was clean with a great view, customer service, along with included Tesla charging. Would be nice if they would do more about people who park in the Tesla parking who don't have a Tesla. Many people don't realize how important that parking can be for some, to be taken by someone simply being inconsiderate who doesn't need that spot.
P.s. more vegan food options please?
The place looks nice it looks like they've done a lot of remodeling in the casino don't know what the hotel part of it is like maybe someday we'll get a chance to stay there
