Hard Rock was good. I'm not much of a gambler so the slots robbing me wasn't much fun.

3 time seeing Pit Bull and the LAST. Also won't go back to that Casino again. It was a disgrace for the long delay and short concert for the price of the tickets

This was my first visit to the Hard Rock since it opened. Staff were eager to help me get the layout of the property. I really like the player menus on the slot machines, they were easy to figure out without assistance and large enough so even my mother could read the text. The casino floor was nice and bright. Theres a bar when you walked into the main entrance and it was crowded and rightfully so because the band they had playing was fantastic. It's definitely a place I want to stay at in the future.

This is actually the first time I been to hard rock hotel in Atlantic City this is a brand new hotel. It has alot of different stores to shop in to buy anything and different food places to eat in to. You can also walk the Board walk to experience to. I have always went to Atlantic City, but went to different part. I went to Tropicana Casino resort in Atlantic City, it was lot of fun and I enjoy myself very much, I experience lot with different shopping and different food places to eat to. You can also walk the Board walk to experience as well. You can also gamble and win a lot of money in both casinos.

They have valet parking, gaming casino walked around Dealers and work very polite, friendly. Management seem very professional made yourself welcome. Inside eat at the Sugar Factory, drinks food accommodations awesome one of the best times I've had in a long time.

had a good time but did not enjoy the room very much. would rate five star if i was not constantly awoken through the night with knox on my doors a yelling in the halls. Was clean though.

Horrible customer service at the hotel front desk. Staff is very misinformed. They were very shady with me about getting me room and I did not appreciate how they handled the situation. My friend got me a room as a gift for me, not planned, and they would not let him pay the 100 dollar damage deposit over the phone and they would not accept cash from me. I had to argue about getting a receipt from them to get proof that the reservation was cancelled because they had the room as being occupied by me even though they wouldn't let me in! It took 2 hours of wrong information and arguing with them to end up just leaving with no room. Never again. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel. The only thing it is good for is the casino and the cool memorabilia displayed there.

Very nice modern casino. It is pleasantly bright and the ventilation works great (smoker). All new slot machines! So have fun!

The new Hard Rock looks great compared to the outdated Taj Mahal. The areas I explored all seemed clean and always seen someone doing something straighten up, anytime of day. It's still not the best but is much improved.

Arrived Sunday August 26.Check in took over an hour. Some quest had coolers others were denied bringing coolers. The bathroom fan ran continuously and there was no cutoff switch. The buffet lunch was good and the nightly entertainment was good. The Hollywood Florida location is nicer.

Fine hotel and casino, but Vegas prices for Jersey shore amenities and HORRIBLE valet

Myself and a few friends checked out the Hard Rock Casino. We got drinks at the Sugar Factory. They were awesome and the atmosphere was cool. Definitely would go again.

Really good time... They've done a great job in the attractions and casino, looks great.

Interesting memorabilia to look at. Plenty of slot machines. Easy to get one. Never felt overcrowded. Restaurants were expensive. Noodle Bar was good. Waitress very attentive. More casual, less expensive food available on 2nd floor. White House Subs is old AC favorite.

Great selection of restaurants but the casino floor is crammed with slots placed so close together that you can hardly move.

The renovations we're done very well. I really enjoy playing there and all of the new amenities. A few of the table game staff are brutal but it's only a handful. Most people are very friendly.

The staff does not seem understand promotions. The left is not talking right. We were supposed to be tier matched had an email confirming it. They stated they did not do that any longer even though we had a confirmation.
Very disappointing told there is nothing they can do and that I need to wait until Tuesday to speak to a manager. Being in customer service I know this is not the case and there is always something that can be done when it s an obvious error on your communication to staff.

I won good amount you would think they want you to keep playing while u drink. Ordering a drink takes 30 to 45 mins for a beer. By then you want to switch machines or tables. Might as well spend the money at another casino.

Went to the buffet the food was ok but the staff wasn't

For one one of your employees can spell .how are is it to spell the word. WHITE .REALLY IT NOT, W TE,.because of this we spent over 4 hours.trying to get this because of my friend Black Diamond status.They made a new account and so call Merged it with the other which did not work because all of her status on the other card did not show up on her new card. So every time we're supposed to get something free we have to go exclaim to the service people what would happen so they could actually look it up and see what the mistakes they made and this takes time standing in line slain in the situation over and over to get the free comps the free meals the free things that were supposed to get you know our time is just as valuable as your time better facts I'm a hair stylistI can do 6 haircuts in a hour at 25 per cut .now add how I make a hour time that by the hours you You're a stablished waste of my time that's a lot of freaking money $ A $150 an hourTimes for 5 hours now so now you've grow into my birthday and wasted a lot of my money that I could Be making instead of being here because honestly I rather be doing that right now because you guys just Ruined my birthday. We missed the show last night we had a late dinner it just wasn't worth being here I could have been over at Harrah's casinos at least day would make sure everything was right. What's so great about Facebook you Badd mouth establish and thousands and thousands of people will see itAlso working a salon that has 500 people come in at Weekly is another way to spread the word about how this establishment can screw up people's Lives by one misspelled word

As far as AC casinos go, this place is very nice. The employees seem to care. That's a change from most of the other properties.

Walking into the building from the parking garage, you can tell the place was just painted... Barely. There was still spackle all around, tons of areas roped off, and leaks in every hallway. The line to get a card was a 40 minute wait on a Wednesday afternoon. The lunch buffet had room temperature food that turned cold the minute you put it on your plate. The staff wasn't even around greeting people. They refused to give out any extra slot play or contact a host for me when asked. I'll only go back for the free rooms given for having a high tier card from another casino, but not for another month. If they don't have it together by then, I won't be going back.

We expected much more. Parking was horrible and confusing and they made it seem like we were lucky to park there for free. We got out of the car, walked to and into the elevator and it smelled like urine. Please remember this is a brand new casino that just opened 2 days prior to our visit. We checked in relatively smoothly and went to different elevators to our room. The elevator was noticeably not clean and one side of the elevator buttons went from 12 to 50 and the other side of the buttons started at 5 or so and went up to around 30 and all the floor numbers on that side were written in chalk. We needed our key to get the elevator to work and it literally took around 5 attempts to get it to work. We went up to our floor and there was no signage to our room. We went downstairs and the security guard gave us haphazard directions to the North tower of the hotel. The North tower was new with a normal elevator. The room was decent. We then went for a drink at the bar (which was not that crowded) and even though there were literally 3 or 4 people behind the bar, it took around 10 minutes to get our drinks (including getting them after people that arrived there 5 minutes after us). One drink was decent and one drink was very weak, which would have been fine if it didn't cost over $15 each. The slots were horrible with very little action and the table games didn't seem super crowded considering how crowded it was. Overall a very disappointing place that we'd never return to. Thank goodness we didn't have to pay for our room. FYI when we left the Hard Rock on Sunday, the parking elevator still stank from urine and there was garbage all over the garage parking lot.

Great hotel and casino! I really had a great time here and can't wait to get back! Plenty of restaurants and bars. Great concerts and live shows. All the staff from from valet, front desk, all of them were happy and helpful! The casino was on par with Las Vegas

Sugar Factory is a colorful and creative restaurant. The goblets are interesting, but pricey so plan to share. The milkshakes and other drinks are beautiful, creative, and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant was filled with a skunk smell.

Run of the mill hotel, but room service is quick, and the casino staff are friendly!

The hotel left much to be desired. I expected so much more out of a place that was newly renovated and given a new brand. What really happened, is that they just put stickers on the old Taj and called it new. The rooms are disgusting. The towels are dirty and stained. The room had a constant smell of old ashtray. The bathroom tile grout is falling apart and black. This was all in an upgraded "ocean view king room". I'd walk around and look at the memorabilia again, but I'd never book another room here.

Nice first visit music was good little loud at the tables. Anxious to go back. Some of crowd was a little rough. But all in all nice place

I stayed two nights mid week in March. The room was clean, comfortable, had a nice view and had a clean bathroom. The room was in the Taj tower, non smoking floor.

I ate at the Plate 3 times during the stay and all three times were good. The service was not bad but could have been little better with the beverage refills.

The casino still has pockets of lingering stale smoke odors but it is no where near as bad as it was 6 months ago. There is plenty of non smoking gaming areas with clean air.

The place is starting a nice come back, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Pretty nice room. On the board walk.Everything in the room was clean and working except for one lamp by the tv which we didn't need at all. Big bathroom with a big shower but there wasnt enough pressure to stand back from the shower head more than like two feet out of the 5ft you had. Theres a good selection of fast food and a starbucks in the hotel. Pretty low minimums at the tables makes it easy to play if you have a group that's not huge into gambling. No big complaints really.

Cool casino, the buffet wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.

Came for the Counting Crows Concert and seats, staff, hotel, and the floor seat were amazing. Live opened for them and it felt like a double concert.

I give it 3.5 stars, they were a little uncoordinated, but all in all, we had a great time, they messed up our reservation and gave us a suite for an additional cost of 50 bucks. Well worth the cashola

Loved this hotel and casino. We were in Atlantic City for Miss America came here to meet up with friends. Won some money in the casino. Love the Rock and Roll exhibits everywhere. Also loved going to the Sugar Factory for a drink. Yum

Nice addition to AC. Clean, many new machines, good choices for eating. Cool to be able to order a specific drink using the slot machine itself. Liked it.
