Too many issues to mention. Just a horrible experience from the day we moved in. Constantly finding issues. The best one we didn’t notice all the scratches on the stovetop by control knobs during walk thru. You can only see them if lights are on and you’re standing right above it. Won’t replace because we didn’t notice at walkthrough . Damage every where. They are replacing tub so I’m sure those people will damage something else when they are here. Crawl space was left filthy. Garage looked like it was built my 8th graders. Paint all over floors. Must have had front door open when they sprayed it as we had millions of pin head black dots all over walls, trim and floor. Endless damage to siding on outside. Kitchen island was used by everyone for their
“Table”. They came back and cleaned it but still some stuff that won’t come off. Cabinets damaged everywhere. Caulking is absolutely pathetic. Lights in MB are cheap, crooked and cheaply installed. Floor still squeaks in places after they have been out 3 times. HVAC whistled. They fixed it. This is just some of the issues. They have fixed a few. Some not so good. I have fixed others. Not backing that stove top replacement really put a bitter taste in my mouth regarding this builder. Already can’t wait to move in 2 years. Moving here was a big mistake that unfortunately was my fault.
