Followed through until the deal was done., purchase was for $175K, valued at 265k. The realtor was good, The loan officer I got had a lot of attitude I can say I didn't receive the five-star rating that they have. Asked questions and I got told to search it on Google, not professional and that's all I got to say.
Donavan McCarthy is rude and unprofessional with a foul mouth!!!!
My spouse and I fell in love with a property. The listing agent is Donovan McCarthy. As the buyers my spouse and I did the necessary steps and took the time to get pre-approved for the sale. Upon our approval we scheduled an appointment to see the property for the 2nd time so that we could make an offer that same evening. As my spouse and I waited with enthusiasm to see the property we had fall in love with, we received unfortunate news that changed our current life situation.
My spouse immediately called Donovan McCarthy and explained that we had to unfortunately cancel and that due to personal reasons we would no longer be able to purchase the property. We were devastated due to the outside personal events that had just occurred, our dream was done with for the time being and we felt so bad that we had placed any inconvenience to the sellers and to the agent.
Donavan proceeds to call back within seconds of our call to him and tells my spouse and I quote, "Next time don't *ucken waste my time!!!" THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! Donovan has no right to treat anyone this way. Especially to a clients who had invested their time in getting preapproved and were ready and willing to make an offer. Unfortunate events happen to people and things change. If Donovan can not understand this then he should not be in the Real Estate business.
