Good range of products and excellent advice
I ve used Truly PVC many times over the years. Recently I ve had issues sourcing certain products yet Luke and Peter were able to help me out either with the correct product or advice on how to solve issues where products have been discontinued. Helpful, well mannered and quick service. Would recommend. 5 Stars!

If I could give these 0 stars I wouldn t hesitate. We have had two negative experiences. One in store with Peter and one online with Tony. The customer service and the way both Peter and Tony communicate with their customers is appalling! I ordered some roofing lead online to collect from their store. On the order it clearly stated the showroom address so we turned up to the showroom address Within the opening hours but the shutters were down. There was a laminated paper stuck to the door stating orders and deliveries to report to the front entrance . Nobody was at the shop so I tried several times to contact via telephone and via messaging service without a reply. I later received a rude an abrupt reply from Tony calling me unbelievable and saying that he clearly started to collect it from elsewhere. I sent Tony a screen shot of the address I had been provided with and his response was that he would be happy to cancel the order. I didn t want to cancel the order as it was important I got the goods in order to repair my roof during the covid 19 outbreak as I m heavily pregnant and needed it fixing before I go into hospital for major surgery (this was also explained to Tony). Disgraceful service - avoid this place like the plague! No sympathy for myself who made two special trips out during covid 19 being a heavily pregnant nurse who works frontline in the NHS!

Robbing company! We ordered the wrong size barrels and arranged an exchange for the correct size. We sent the items back 1st class post over 4 weeks ago and they are denying receiving them. Poor customer service everytime we call to chase. Wouldn't recommend them at all!!

First class provider! While looking for a cartridge opener, I discovered the offer from the British retailer TrulyPVC on Ebay. On November 4th I ordered the item and paid via PayPal. The consultation with TrulyPVC went very well and my order was processed quickly. Overall, the TrulyPVC staff are very friendly and helpful. The reason why I ordered from a UK dealer from Germany is easy to explain. The cartridge opener I ordered costs many times more in Germany what it costs at TrulyPVC. 11.11. my order has already been delivered. The goods are safely and carefully packed and the goods themselves are in perfect condition. Because of this, I can only recommend TrulyPVC to everyone.

Sent me a door panel, stunk of some kind of resin or chemicals and was unusable. Then they have the cheek to make me pay for return postage! I've informed them that they are in opposition to the consumer rights act that clearly states return shipping costs must be paid by the seller if an item is not fit for purpose. However they seemed completely uninterested in this and as such have not fulfilled their legal obligations.

Ordered dry verge roofing, was able to select the number i needed. Was provided with the tracking number and text to advise when it would arrived. Ordered on a Sunday night arrived Tuesday great service

Ordered some materials from these guys on ebay. Stayed in all day on the date of delivery. Received a message from parcel force on the date of delivery with a time window. As we all know we are on lockdown so we were home all day, the delivery driver from parcel force made no attempt to deliver to us personal and instead allegedly "left our parcel in the garden" We still have not received the goods and ebay will not take it any further as they have been shown "evidence" that our parcel was delivered. The order was only 20 odd quid but we have not received the item or a refund. We have checked with neighbours in case someone has taken it in for us and they have not. Absolute joke if you want to have your items arrive and you don't fancy burning money and wasting time waiting for products that will never arrive then I would strongly recommend you don't use this company
Terrible customer service were rude and very unhelpful , when eventually I got the polycarbonate sheets that apparently I had to have as they had been cut and to late to cancel my order , 2 of the 4 sheets ordered were short by 10ml which doesn t sound a lot but makes a difference if it s a roof . Did try to complain as reading other reviews you don t get anywhere . Wished I had read reviews before ordering from this company . WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This business also trades online under the same name, so be warned when buying of them as customer service is very poor. Furthermore their return policy is none existence. I will be not coming back to this shop ever again, you get better service from a Car Boot Sale. DO NOT VISIT AS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND DON'T WANT TO KNOW YOU AFTER THAT.

Good range of products, found what I wanted very easy to use website
My order arrived with missing parts, however due to me having contractors in and it being the weekend, I had to reorder the missing parts at my own cost. I am now trying to claim a refund back from company but they have stop replying to my emails all together! You have admitted the parts were missing so the decent thing to do is refund me the cost of the parts that should have been with my original order!!!

Ordered a new barrel for a upvc door lock wrong size came 2 days later phoned up they told me to take a picture alongside a tape measure i assured them it was the wrong size but they were really unhelpful it seemed like as if they were just trying to not send another one because it was too much trouble. So just hope they get the order right the first time.

I ordered a bitubond flashing. Unfortunately an error was made an I received a different item. What was reassuring was that Jessica responded very quickly and re-sent the item I ordered overnight. Mistakes happen, what happens next is how a company is judged; I have no hesitation recommending the service from PVC supplies.

Don t buy from this truly rip off company.Bought a lock paid extra for more keys that don t fit the lock , contacted them and they are not willing to do anything .
