I have been going to Trujillo's for over 20 years. Each time there have been changes with my family whether it be new kids or kids off to college etc. They always did a wonderful job of incorporating the changes in my family so we could get the refunds we deserved. I have worked with different staff members there and each time they have been accessible and informative. I recommend them.

Yes or I went to that place to make me a document and the old woman who was on that day that I was so screwed and that ugly way that these people have never again returned to that place where she has a very ugly attitude, they don't know how to treat clients No one without the clients has to change staff because with those members that nobody has going to want to go for at all
These people do not know what they are doing! DO NOT USE THEM! They have horrible customer service and horrible manners! They ask you questions that have nothing to do with your taxes, they try to get too much into your life and ask personal questions.
