Giving them a one is actually too much. I was provided a 1980 cd copy of the paperwork I signed and am unable to access it shady experience!

Prompt with closing timeframe but it was a surprise. Emailed the closing statement on the day of the closing. I thought it wasn t going to happen today. They did apologize about it and I m okay with it. However, what I didn t understand was a cash deal on the buyer side, why there s a need to get the docs notarized? No other title companies in Indiana I used before asked for that. Also not some title company I used in other states (such as CA, OR, OH, FL). They told me every docs go through their true title need to be notarized. Fine and the associate apologized. No need to apologize since it s how they choose to do business, just doesn t make sense. I doubt anyone will pretend to be me and buy a real estate in cash for me under my name. Probably why none of other title companies I ve used in the past have the same policy. It s an unnecessary hassle and I will try to avoid true title in the future.
