Super thanks to their business development manager Melody, she really tracked all the things down to make sure all were resolved finally and provided very professional advices at best interests of her clients. I started the process of getting my name trademarked back in about March of this year. The first representative I spoke with was extremely responsive after my initial contact email. He responded real quick and answered all of my questions. Dalton wasn t pushy with trying to get my application put in. He was respectful of my situation and was working with me every step of the way. When I finally did decide to get my application process going, Dalton was still helpful and answered all of my questions.
