As an employee, I can honestly say that it feels like they care about me at TNL. Everything from getting me all the tickets I need to paying me fairly to simply treating me with decency and understanding. True North is an amazing employer and I'd recommend them to anyone wether your experienced in your field or new to the construction industry.
