I was very impressed with the positive energy in the office. This team really seems to care and they are in sync for the grand vision of their family run business. Alex and his team are positive, and committed to results. I've witnessed them going the extra mile for their staff, employees and also other trades. He seems to be a mentor of sorts including speaking very highly of his family and the importance of life/work balance.
