I think this business is closed. Their websites are all down, their phone, even their billing portal. I heard they filed bankruptcy summer of 2019. Can anyone confirm if they are still in business?
Same here. I have called many times, several days. My calls do not go through. The last statement I received was dated 11/05/19. I am not going to send in a payment without verification that True Health still exists.
I have given them the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT FAIL, even though they would short my check/payment by thousands, and thousands, every single month for the past few years, last month, they didn t even pay me the over 10k without warning on payday, I called 100x endless Email request, 911 calls to the CEO went unanswered, until finally I got a response that s claimed stated the payment system was down. They put my entire business in jeopardy because of their lack of integrity, professionalism, and class.
I had to extend my business for the first time and obtain loans, to survive their incompetent business practices just to stay in business.
It took more than a week in half to get an incomplete check yet once again! To the detriment of my company and staff!
I have been bound by contact to honor which I have done faithfully, knowing in my gut this company was going to rob me.
As of this week, yesterday, this company finally contacted me to tell me the following. I knew all this prior to the call of course.
1. CEO we ve filed for bankruptcy, you won t be getting last months monies that you and your company have completed for us!
Refer to the courts for a payment if the courts chose to pay me as a creditor.
Over 250 patients we cared for and completed our services. OVER $10,000. In hard hard time energy and lots of superior customer service.
2. We no longer need your services.
Here we are, Just as they did before HDL. Chapter 11. How does a company get away with this and destroy people s lives! All of the 400 people who just lost their jobs, Their families are all devastated.
They have scammed and destabilized me and others over the past few years, of my business and my personal life. My entire life is now in jeopardy as I raise my grandson in the midst of this dishonest and dishonorable company.
No honor! No integrity!

I called on an invoice I received months ago because it was way after the services were provided and I wasn't sure what it was for. The billing department said the invoice had already been paid and I was set. I didn't think anything of it until I recently got another invoice saying payment was past due. I tried calling. It kept saying all circuits were busy. I tried to find additional contact information online and the website doesn't work. I have no idea what to do or what is going on but I don't want my credit affected by this. Any suggestions???
I sent the payment in for my invoice 2 months ago and they said they never received it. I tried calling them and the number is disconnected and the website now says "error" and seems to be non-exsistent!
Billing department has no idea what they are doing, rudest customer service when I called them. Even though they are in network with my insurance, I will avoid them like the plague, to save some headache. I only agreed to use them because they were in network with my insurance, but they did not file a claim correctly and/or timely. Waited almost a year to file a claim, they literally waited 11.5 month to file.
I am updating this to 3 stars from my original 1 star; after calling back a few times and talking to a different billing department rep, things got resolved. However I am still leery to use them, since they wait almost a year to submit a claim, when my insurance has a 365 day deadline. Which is too bad, because they do seem to provide a good lab service, but the billing is not prompt
I'm having the same issues as others who have posted. Received a statement w/ balance due, 4 months after the date of service it listed. No luck with a valid website or the phone # on the statement (was trying to pay the small amount online or by phone). I'm hesitant to send them a check, not knowing if they're actually a valid company. Looks like they had a ton of layoffs this past summer too. Guess they kept those who send out the bills lol.
My mother has battled fatigue for many years. It had gotten so bad she had to nap several hours every afternoon. My parents went to Europe and the long flight made her very ill. She didn't get out of bed for days. My father was so concerned about how the travel affected her, he said it would be the last trip they would be able to take. After many doctors and many tests I found out about this test through my doctor. I am so thankful for the comprehensive testing they did. Yes, it was expensive, but thankfully her insurance covered almost all of it. Because of this comprehensive testing we were able to uncover numerous issues that had been missed earlier. They tested things her other doctors didn't even think about testing. My mother has been receiving treatment for 6 months and she is greatly improved. This testing was very accurate for my mother. She is doing so well my parents have booked a trip to Rome for this summer.
They claimed wrong diagnose code to my insurance company and doesn't want to submit the correction form to fix it. Bad lab! Stay away!!
