This was back in '13 but I'll never forget it because of how horrible the experience was. I WAITED 8 DAYS TO GET A FUEL PUMP REPLACED! $1000 JUST FOR THE MOTEL! AND THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE IT RUNNING! What's worse is I finally ran out of money and spent my last dollar on a bus ticket. How does a fuel pump take more than a day? These mechanics should be ashamed and the dude that answers the phone is I lier.

I have been doing buisness with Truck Country since 2010 and have always been pleased with the results. I haul dedicated freight that has to be delivered on time. Many times they have gotten me in and back on the road very quickly. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I Love this place. Many Thanks to all the folks at Truck Country in Deforest Wi.

Parts Dept. Very helpful. Purchased wiper assembly for my Classic and they allowed me to install it on site, since it was raining and I changed it myself. I also would like to thank the service dept. manager too for allowing me to change the part myself in their lot. Great price and friendly folks there. I'm a happy customer.

I'm currently waiting for the forth time outside by the trailer staging area to see if my AC is now working correctly.
YES 4 TIMES YOU ALL...!!!
I really don't want to walk back in to the service area and let the shop foreman know the AC is still NOT WORKING CORRECTLY.
Dam it...Why can't stuff just be fixed right the first time. Or maybe even the second time. HECK I'LL TAKE THE THIRD.

I called on Friday morning and they got me in that afternoon. I was quite happy about that. I was getting a windshield wiper motor replaced. The problem I had was that they never gave me an estimate. I was told that they were told by the service I use to go ahead and repair, no estimate needed. That was odd because it is my truck and my maintenance fund and this service always has to get my approval to authorize the funds. I spoke with my service and was told they always have to get an estimate, so they would never have stated that. I really didn't appreciate the attitude the man I was paying out gave me. But, otherwise the service was great. And one more thing, the lounge was awesome to hang around in for 4 hours. Very relaxing.

If you have to geta room I recommend the holiday inn walking distance to many places to eat. Downside had to wait over 2hrs for curiosity car to come pick us up for motel.

Fast and efficient service, all of our work was covered under warranty. Dale and Wayne in the service department were great to work with and Michael in the parts department was helpful also. Dropped truck off yesterday about 1430 and it was ready this morning. This location is pet friendly.

Shop needs to work on Communication and posting their pricing. We received no estimate and Signed no authorization to complete work until after it was done. They charge $130 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours and $40.00 for shop supplies which is ridiculous. Will not return and would suggest looking elsewhere. Took 4.5 hours to even get into the shop for a quick fix.

Made an appointment for Sunday morning. When we arrived, Service Manager said they couldn't look at the truck until the next afternoon. Told us the appointment time was just a suggested time???? Another wonderful day at Truck Country. Had an appointment to install a recall part. Arrived at 8am and was told they installed the last one in someone else's truck the day before. Drove 50 miles for nothing, gave up a load. Part is on order. What sense does it make to have an appointment. Have they heard of the telephone

Megan Wettach was awesome. She was slammed late on a Friday afternoon which is self explanatory. She didn't flinch. She took care of everyone quickly to the last detail. We she showed me the schematic of my exhaust system and if you're not a mechanic, it can be hard to know what you're looking at, and the vantage point. It told me that I didn't want to attempt it myself. It saved me down time. I try to do what I can, but you gotta decide if you do it yourself, it take you twice as long or longer. Repairs are inevitable. Unnecessary downtime will put you out of business. Thanks again, Megan!

I took a truck there for service because it is a F...

I took a truck there for service because it is a Freightliner and they service and or sell them there so I thought that this is the place to go. I had the truck towed there because it goes into what is called Limp mode, I told the service writer this because it is important to know not to drive the truck very far or it will shut down into Limp mode. They had it a couple of days before they started working on the truck, I called them to see what the progress was and I was told that the Tech took the truck out and it had to be towed back... I had already told them this. So they did some work/inspection of the truck and I received a quote of $32,000 to rebuild the engine or they could bandaid it for $10,000. I picked the truck up and drove it to International truck and they have a Tech that knows the CAT engine... They repaired my truck for $4300. Yes, that was the full cost to repair the truck not the $10,000 or $32,000 Truck Country wanted to bill me. I will not be taking any truck there ever again. However the building was clean. That is the best part of the entire experience.

Be aware drivers especially if you own your own truck.
Make sure you get estimate, and check out parts prices before you let them work on your truck.
$3000 for fifth wheel.
This is not same freightliner that was by Madison.
Mechanic are slow and inexperienced, it will take a long time, which they will charge you $145 hour.
How can they be freightliner dealer and not be able to fix truck.
I don t know how people can leave theses 5 stars rating I assure you they are not correct.
Next time I ll pay for towing and go to different shop.

I had a load that was time-sensitive when my compressor froze, and subsequently broke my alternator belt. I really appreciate the staff worked to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. In addition to a great staff, they have tv, laundry, shower, clean restrooms, vending machines, a kitchen area with microwave, and a book with local info including restaurants, hotels, and transportation for drivers. Being broke down is never good, but it is good to know this Truck Country takes care of their customers.

They had my parts but for some reason it was $35.00 more than IState charged for the same parts. It's sad that such a large "family owned company" screwed over the small owner op like that. Your mission statement on the wall says one thing and you do another.
