This place is awesome and I love their new facilities! They were quick to diagnose my truck and give me an estimate within an hour or two, and although they didn t have the part, they were able to get it locally and $100 cheaper than previously quoted! Megan was great in getting me an estimate emailed before I came there and another guy (can t think of his name, but he was African American) kept us informed of the work and was nice enough to give us a ride to the hotel. Dale was quick to ring me up and get the keys back to me and explain what had been done. Awesome service all around and one of the best dealers/shops that I ve visited since I ve been driving. They were always great even at their old facility!

Used trucks are not fully inspected before sold. Last week I picked up a Cascadia and have had several problems. Before leaving the lot they replaced mirror switch, then I left and immediately returned because of a heavy right pull, they aligned it with no change. A few days later I had the steers replaced to solve the pull. Also the armrest on the seat didn t click in so it just hung there unusable, manager said they wouldn t fix it.
It s Really Unimpressive that the steering was not fixed, a lot of time was lost dealing with the steering, and that led to a late delivery on a load. Steering is important to safety, to keep the trailer stable. Trucks need to be ready to roll when sold, that s what you advertise in your phone hold recordings. Ultimately, I think this place is in too much of a rush to be thorough. To them, it s just another truck. To the driver, it s where he will spend 11hours per day bouncing around delivering freight. The little things matter, a lot, they just have to be right. Washing a truck doesn t mean it s ready to be sold. It needs to be tested thoroughly. Taking time to make repairs as a driver reduces productivity on loads.
My conversations with service revealed that a uti, used truck inspection, was done at another dealership in February before it was transferred to this one. I m sure the mechanic could have simulated actual driving conditions and noticed the heavy right pull. The armrest is actually very important for any drive longer than a test, it s how a driver supports their body weight and maintains a grip on steering wheel. As soon as I arrived to pickup the truck, I could sense their urgency to seal the deal and get me out of there. Very insincere sales practices, the BS could be cut with a knife.
I have been here 3 times before and was very satisfied with there service! However i have been standing here looking at my truck for 15 minutes and there has been no one near it i am here for a fuel crossover issue which i know can not take 2 hours!!! But it seems they are going to make sure it does! Maybe it is about time i just have them button it up and move on! It seems everyone is still under the illusion that a owner operator has a bunch of money lol!! Like they say to make a million in Trucking you have to start with a billion.
