Not a good place to work.Best if you stayed in school to apply yourself to companies that are more family friendly.

I have been designing kitchens for 10 years. I have been working with Tru cabinets for several years and love there cabinets. They make a high quality cabinet for the price. They stand behind there products and take care of the customers. There spec book is over 200 pages and this give you lots of options when designing your kitchen. They have great profiles and the latest and greatest color palette. I also love that they are made in the USA!

I cannot say enough great things about Tru Cabinetry! They make quality cabinets, and the customer service is out of this world. Misty, Rich & Mike at Tru go above and beyond to make sure we (and our customers) are 150% taken care of. Even the truck drivers, G & Cody go above and beyond to make sure that we get what we need, when we need it. They are friendly, polite and care about our customers as much as we do - and if something goes wrong they immediately make it right. We LOVE them! Highly recommend. :-)

In my design business, I love working with Tru because of the flexibility they offer in cabinetry that can be used throughout the home. The product represents an excellent specification and very appealing finishes.

I have had a terrible experience with this company over the past year. We received cabinets with many very visible flaws and have requested replacement parts only to have those arrive with bigger flaws, or the wrong size or the wrong color. Each round of replacements takes 8 weeks and it took 4 tries to get one cabinet door to be right. I am still waiting on 3 more doors and the side of an island. This has
literally been going on for a year. When you contact customer service they send you to a voicemail and never call you back. My very expensive kitchen remodel is now an embarrassment to us as we have cabinets with no doors. The quality control and customer service are terrible. Do not bother buying these cabinets. You will regret it.

Awesome company to work with. Friendly staff, great reps, awesome price point. I've used it on well-known home improvement TV shows which everyone has seen and loved and try to emulate.

We have been selling Tru Cabinetry here in St Louis for a little over a year now. Mike in customer service is nothing short of amazing.
They are quick to address any issues (because those do happen from time to time) and replace any parts that need it. Our clients love the line up and the pricing is fantastic. Thank you to Mike, Misty and RIchard for everything you do for us and our clients!

Never have I worked at a placed where the hr lady was the rudest person I have ever met.I didn t get paid on time she hung up on me when I tried to inquire about my money.She talks about her employees an she is a so disrespectful to us.I never missed a day I had started in Sept .I new my job looking around they don t know there s I could of taught them things. They moved me without my permission to a completely different shift an lied an said training .Oh an that mask stuff that they express so but yet they want to get in your face without one an I hate that an want to feed you slop for no days out .Never would I eat that food they cooked from there home how dare they with Covid an I wished they cared about the quality of the cabinets instead of the numbers

My new cabinets look amazing! Had a great experience with design and ordering from Austin at The Cabinet Corner, they did to go above and beyond to make sure my kitchen was going to be top notch. Installation went very smoothly from my contractor but did notice and expressed some minor imperfections in the cabinets and the cabinets having some acclimation issues due to them being wood construction. Austin sent the Tru Cabinetry rep Alain to my home when I sent photos and addressed to him my concerns, immediately I was called and scheduled for Alain to came out to my home personally and address my concerns. For one the fact that this representative came to meet with me showed me that this company wanted to make sure that I was going to be happy with their product in my home. Alain took the time to show me how to properly care for my cabinets and keep imperfections touched up. Alain assured me of the quality and craftsmanship and made sure that I was 100% happy at the end of the day. I will truly say this company stands behind what they manufacture. I am very pleased with my overall experience with all parties and everyone working together to make my remodeled kitchen what it is now.

My home came with Tru Wood Cabinets. According to Tru Cabinetry customer service, Tru Cabinetry has taken over for them. Anyway, the home was built in 2013 and the drawer sliders continuously break due to cheap plastic materials used to connect the sliders to the cabinet. When broken, the drawers sag and have to be removed. Now, the company is no longer replacing these defective plastic parts so I assume I must have the drawers redone in order to slide appropriately. Very poor quality and I would not recommend this product or manufacturer at all.
