If I could give 10 stars I would. Best company to do business with and best company to work for. Family owned and operated means you get the very best personal service every single time you need them.
When i had them the service was great. I moved and now its half a mile from my house. They offer nothing here and only say there is not enough people in my area to run it the other half mile. I'm zoned for troy cable so i can't get internet through any of the other providers.
TC hooked me up with fiber-wire internet in Enterprise AL and it is extremely fast and I only pay around 90 a month . I dont use cable and stream or livestream all of my fav shows from the internet and I also live trade stocks, so fast reliable internet is a must have. Troy Cable rocks , great value and i feel like i am getting a good value since I dont use cable for tv
The WiFi is horrible unless you purchase a router from somewhere else, the router they have is no good and you rent it for a fee every month! You will save hundreds if you get your own router and have better WIFI! They are also expensive on cable and internet!
I talked with a representative Gunter who was so patient & kind, helpful in explaining the difference in Troy Cable compared to others in our area. I jump the gun out of frustration in a survey I first posted, not so pleased with the over all service but the bosses are trying to fix our problems and I deeply appreciate all the options they're working on. So with that said thank God for solutions :) I'm looking forward to my venture hopefully for a long time with Troy Cable.
When my service has any kind of problems the techs are wonderful. They take care of the problem immediately. I appreciate them all
